Excellent service

It’s good very nice experience I would like to come always because comfortable and good staff the Hotel oasis suite it’s my 3rd visit its awesome experience the staff in reception are very help ful………..:

Worst

Extremely disappointing stay experience at Hotel Oasis Suite, Hubballi. The hotel organized a loud late-night event without informing guests in advance. The music was played at very high volume throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep properly.
Despite complaints to the reception through phone calls and even a personal visit around 1:30 AM, no proper action was taken by the hotel staff. The management showed complete negligence towards guest comfort and failed to handle the situation professionally.
Guests book hotels for peace and rest, but this stay turned out to be stressful and uncomfortable. Very poor customer handling, weak management response, and unacceptable noise disturbance during late-night hours.
Would not recommend this hotel for a peaceful stay.
Still no response now it's more than 2 AM and not able to sleep

Amazing stay

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Oasis suites . I have been staying here for the last three days and it truly feels like a home away from home. The hospitality here is excellent and the reception staff are very warm and friendly.
I would especially like to thank Asslam & Shifa for their amazing support and coordination. they made sure everything was perfectly arranged and their behavior was very kind and welcoming. Because of them, I felt a very nice and comfort during my stay.
The environment here is very positive and healthy and the service is truly impressive. I really appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hubli.

Enjoyed the stay

It was a good stay. Breakfast served was also good.cleanliness was maintained throughout. Single bed room is also spacious.
