A Beautiful and Peaceful Luxury Stay
The swimming pool area was one of our favourite spots—beautiful, serene and perfect for unwinding.
The hospitality was generally very good, and I would especially like to appreciate the chef for making an effort to accommodate my Jain food preferences. Jain food is not very easily available, but it is definitely possible if you communicate your requirements. The chef was genuinely helpful and tried his best to prepare food according to my preference.
One area where the hotel could improve is communication between the restaurant staff and the kitchen. On a few occasions, the restaurant staff immediately said that certain Jain options were not available, while the chef was actually willing to prepare something suitable. Better coordination and communication would make the dining experience much smoother for guests with specific dietary preferences. they can also improve on resturant services even after 11pm as it is a business area and my husband reached the hotel at 11pm but he had no food available.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the property is quite spread out, so there is a fair amount of walking involved to get from one area to another. This may be something to consider for guests who have difficulty walking long distances.
Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay. The beautiful property, peaceful surroundings, room upgrade and the efforts of the chef definitely made our experience special. With a little improvement in restaurant communication and guest accessibility, the experience could be even better.
Would definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent Stay
Ambience was electrifying.
Staff was polite and very helpful.
Rooms were big enough for me to stay for 4 nights, comfortably.
IRD food was awesome.
