A home in Goa

Absolutely a feeling like HOME. Located strategically in old Goa, close to Karmali rail station, nestled among greeneries and away from chaos, thats how this place can be described. Super effective front office, every staff member needs a special mention. AC delux rooms are absolute value for money with split Voltas AC, cable tv with multiple channels, super comfy beds, I can write a whole story favoring this property. Will love to keep coming baxk for sure. Stay here to believe even government properties employees can be so pleasant.

Safe location, good restaurant, blive cycling tour, decent AC room

Stayed here cuz I booked a morning blive cycling tour to divar island. Turned out to be a good choice as this place is cheap and a decent spot to explore goa. Buses to panaji/fountainhaus and then to candolim beach are aplenty and efficient and cheap. Old goa churches within walking distance. Hot shower, TV with 1 english new channel, AC works well. Bedsheets and towels are a little rough but clean. No mosquitoes lucky. No toilet paper provided too haha but soap given. Fish thali with kingfisher beer is highly recommended at the attached restaurant :) Blive electric cycling tour to divar island is a must-do!

Comfortable stay in old goa area

Good property to stay in old goa area. Spacious, Clean and Comfortable. Restaurant frugal, but both veg and non veg available and reasonably priced. Taste ok. Service good. Mandovi river is nearby. Can walk up to there in the evening. But very quiet surroundings.

Good location for exploring Old Goa

Helpful staff. The rooms are basic but do have airconditioning. The attached restaurant serves an adequate breakfast.
It is easy to walk to all the historical sites in the town. The buststop to the capital is also close by.
