Reasonable

On a visit to Thane recently on a business trip I and my son stayed at Dwarka for a day.
It was a quiet reasonably priced hotel on the main road. The room was small but neat. The bathroom was small but well maintained. The service was a little slow but tolerable. They have a bar, a family resturant and a vegetarian snack outlet serving homely food very well priced.
If you are looking for luxury this hotel would certainly satisfy you.

Not safe for girls if traveling alone

My friend visited at hotel stayed for 2 nights. Person at reception took her contact details from Register and started calling her again and again. Whole night. When she confronted him , he replied shamelessly and stated asking person question to her. She ignored him and moved to room and after that he still calling her while she is in room.. He is on night duty on reception.
Be aware of such person. And such properties if traveling alone....

Bad hotel never suggest to other

Worst Hotel
I along with my family were visiting Dwarka for a day and based on online review I went ahead and booked 2-AC rooms.on CP plan but only bread butter and poha option available.
About Hotel - no hot water, non-working TV and other problems. Finally when we got into our rooms we faced the same issues -
No Hot Water - even after wasting 3 buckets of water there was no hot water.
No TV - In one of the rooms TV was NOT powering-up. And in the other room TV remote was not working.
Room Cleanliness - Rooms was also very bad. Bathroom was very dirty and even the beds.
Overall a very bad place to stay.

Terrible Stay

Leaking Taps, Cupboards without handle, Dressing Mirror without Light,Smelly Room and Rats for company-How do you like these ? That's exactly what Hotel Dwarka Residency is all about. We had booked two rooms online lured by the beautiful photographs posted on their site.As soon as we entered the room, we were greeted by a swarm of files.Further, after our return from our visit to the temple, very bad smell was emanating in the room.Call to their Reception led to the spraying of room freshener , but to no avail.It was very difficult to spend the night.We vacated the room soon after dawn, even foregoing the amount we had paid for the next day.That was a bad experience, which we do not want our fellow travelers to undergo.Please avoid this hotel.This Hotel is not recommended.

Worst Hotel

I along with my family and parents were visiting Dwarka for a day and based on online review I went ahead and booked 2 non-AC rooms for fresh-up and keeping the luggages. When we reached the hotel early in the morning for check-in we were greated with another unhappy customer at the reception who was complaining to the hotel owner about - no hot water, non-working TV and other problems. Finally when we got into our rooms we faced the same issues -
No Hot Water - even after wasting 3 buckets of water there was no hot water.
No TV - In one of the rooms TV was NOT powering-up. And in the other room TV remote was not working.
Very Costly Resturant - Since we were in hurry we thought of having breakfast in the attached resturant. We ordered dosas and alu parotas. Alu parotas costs more than Rs.100/- per piece. Similarly other items are highly priced.
Room Cleanliness - Rooms was also very bad. Bathroom was very dirty and even the beds.
Overall a very bad place to stay.
