My in laws stayed for 5 nights
All the reception staff and all the Jade restaurant staffs were very helpful and friendly.
They all followed the rules and regulations.
The drainage sysyem in the bathrooms were slow.Car parking is adequate but it will be better if they issue a pass.

Bad Staff

Very uncooperative and rude staff. No one came to help us with out luggage when we reached the hotel. The staff member, Kaushik, responded very rudely when a request was made to get the cab to the airport. He misguided us and told the the cab services are charegable when in fact they have a pamphlet on their reception desk clearly stating that it was complimentary.

Rs 3400 for staining their bedsheet, wow..

The absolute worst experience, I was charged Rs 3400 for staining their bedsheet, my son spilt some dal on their bedsheet and these buffoons charged me saying this is hotel policy, what a joke, absolute traumatic experience, after fighting with the hotel staff for more than half an hour, I had to pay, please avoid the hotel at all costs, who knows they might charge you for using the bathroom in your room next

All room very nice

Superb ambiance, excellent breakfast and food in room service
All staff is well mannered and good. Special one front office Divya, Murali , Gowtham , f&b service Thenmozhi good service Which seemed most perfect to me in my work. He treated my family and child very well and told us about the facilities of the hotel. I met him both when I checked in and at checkout. SHe told me about food and some good places to visit here.

We had an exceptional stay at the W Hotel Yas Island. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-class. Special thanks to Saiful, JJ the manager, and Rohit, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They ensured every detail was taken care of with great warmth and professionalism.
The food options at the hotel were simply amazing, offering a wide variety to suit all preferences, and everything we tried was delicious.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yas Island. We can’t wait to come back!
