Worst experience

I have booked room for 9 night's on 8th Nov for 3 people through Oyo firstly they refused to give extra mattress. Somehow I managed then next day I asked to switch on the ac so that I can make room little warm becouse o have 15 days old baby so the staff simply denied for that and said winter is coming so all our ac is turned off. But they are charging room rate for all the facilities. Also in the breakfast they are not even giving 1 glass of milk very poor service hotel is cheating their guest by taking money and not providing any service..
