Value for money and exceeds expectations

Had booked this place for the first time online and so wasn't sure what to expect . After I checked in I was shown my room and boy was I impressed. The room was really big and was very comfortable. Staff is polite and very helpful. Will definitely stay there when I visit Bangalore again next month.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was dirty, with dust on the furniture and stains on the sheets. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving issues. The WiFi barely worked, and the walls were so thin I could hear everything from the next room. Breakfast was bland and cold. For the price, I expected much better. I would not stay here again.

Old property! Totally not worth the ₹₹

We stayed for 2 nights in the last week of june 2019. Had booked two rooms and paid around 3.5k per room per night.
It’s not a proper hotel but a duplex apartment converted into serviced apartment. You will also meet other tenants of the building apart from guests of the hotel !
I had requested for early check in on Makemytrip as it was MMTAssured property. However the manager/receptionist Mr.Jeet denied early checkin. Then we finally made a deal of buying another nights stay and that would allow me late check-out another 3.5k wasted!
This property is sort of aged. Dull rooms with no natural ventilation and aged/weak air conditioning (Room 115). Average bathrooms.
Photos attached will show you that. The only strong positive point is the Staff is very good and the location is very much near all the main places like Brigade road, MG Road, Residency road and also UB City.
And also they DO NOT allow you to get food from outside like Zomato or Swiggy. Restaurant at the hotel is again baselessly expensive ! I don’t understand who stays here and who eats here and why ?
There are many more proper hotels in the same price range nearby to stay.
Would never ever stay here again !

Hangout with friends

I had been to hm suites and studios which is in st marks road Bengaluru with a group of friends I just loved the stay everything was so good there I dint find any difficulties there all the staffs were so helpful and kind to help us when ever we called them they had smile on there face when ever came for our service
The the ambience and room service was so good clean and well maintained and as I love traveling and try new food I shuld say they have best food aswel with the good service of stay everything seems perfect for me to stay here when you drop by Bengaluru it’s safe and beautiful place to stay , Hope my review helps people to drop by good place in Bengaluru

very kind and helpful front desk staff

I stayed for two nights with my father. We were given room 110. The toilet water and shower water was dirty so next day they changed us to room 116, which was on the third floor and better. Room 110, you can hear the school children outside early morning. This room is bigger though. Front desk staff helped in finding supermarket nearby, getting OLA cab via their app, and helping me pack a box and weighing my bags.
Breakfast was included. Mostly south Indian food. I had asked for the chili cheese toast without chilies as I cannot take spicy. Waiter misheard and brought with more chilies. Then re-made it but added black pepper. Defeats the purpose.
