Good room well maintained, good food, caring hospitality. Palhad singha, bishal Rabha,Polash Rabha and Barnali das was exceptional. Breakfast part was little disappointing bt still you guys are doing great.

Staff are not trained to deal with coustomer

Reception staff was very rude with his behaviour

Worst service and staff

This is the one worst hotels I have ever stayed . We checked in to hotel at 10.00 pm . And to my surprise rooms were not ready . Basic facility like water and towels were not kept . At night 12.00 I asked for water bottle , they say abhi nai denge. When I insisted they gave a bottle after 15 mins .
They say complimentary breakfast is there but they keep a count on eggs you have . Almost all the hotels have boiled eggs and omlette in breakfast, but this hotel charges u for omlette . And check the photos of omlette they made and charged for . Chef of the hotel is so rude and just surprised me by saying " hum aise hi omlette banata hai , khana hai toe khao and baat mat karo"
I would say , its better to stay in any lodge than staying here . I have come here with 20 people and none of them is happy .

Nice place

Hotel place is nice...staff are well mannered smiling face... The ambiences are great food had is best part here...comfortable rooms nice with big rooms please for family and friends to stay this place has different feel...

Disgusting experience

I booked this hotel for my entire family through booking.com
Though I had the confirmation from booking.com the property told me that the booking was cancelled. While I checked with booking.com, they again confirmed that the booking is still valid.
This hence suggested that there are some third parties playing with bookings and niether the property nor booking.com has any idea about this.
I was completely stranded with my parents. Luckily this hotel had some spare rooms, however I ended up paying double than what I booked.
Ensure you dont use any website to book this property.
