Over priced with poor facilities.

Over priced with poor facilities. Even breakfast is not included with this highest prices. Very average facilities with average cleanliness. Not recommending unless it is needed. Hotel is located in a town. That is the only advantage I could find. Nothing else to recommend this.

If you can, please SKIP the restaurant

On August 24, 2019, I have visited the hotel for lunch with family. With few kids and elderly, the waiter took the order and said the food will be served in 20 minutes latest. Time passed by, 20 minutes to 45 minutes and nothing arrived. My mom already took her diabetic pill (becasue of the 20 minutes promise) started being dizzy. Helpless front-desk did nothing, finally the extremely spicy food arrived after a full ONE HOUR and FIVE MINUTES. After eating, no water in the washing area for a hand wash!! Adding to it, two of us ended with stomach upset!!

Service not worth to price

I have booked two AC rooms for my guests on 24.8.19 @ Rs2500 per room. The experience was terrible. The room boy was climbing upstairs, without lifting the baggages of the guests. The rooms were having only two bottles of 500 ml cheap packaged water. No hot water was available. There was no kettle and no tea/coffee bags and milk powder sachets. There is no complimentary breakfast. The only free beverage was morning tea that too was served after 7.30 am. There is no professional in hotel management, except that of a male front desk manager. Truly an example of ill-managed hotel

Good fish curry meals with chilled beer!

Dark cool restaurant serves traditional fish curry rice meals. Should try local fresh water( pond) 'Bral' fish fried, a seasonal delicacy. Waiters were friendly and very accommodative. A transit joint to Kumarakom.

Relax

Nice beer parlour but careless bar attender.no custermar sercice system in this parlour .so i will not visit again this place .avoid it ...location and ambiance is good .located in cherthala vechoor road.
