Abaca Villas sijaitsee lähellä rantaa kohteessa Petitenget. Jalan Laksmana -katu ja Seminyak Square -ostoskeskus ovat vierailun arvoisia kohteita shoppailemaan haluaville, ja alueen luonnonkauneuteen voi tutustua kohteissa Seminyakin ranta ja Legianin ranta. Atlas Beach Fest sopii illanviettoon ja Waterbom Balin vesipuisto on loistava kohde, jos olet matkalla lasten kanssa. Täällä yöpyessäsi voit nauttia kaikista kodin mukavuuksista, joihin kuuluu sadesuihkupää ja jääkaappi, sekä uuni ja liesi. Muihin mukavuuksiin kuuluu pyykinpesutilat, pakastin, pyyhkeet ja vedenkeitin. Paikallisten säädösten mukaan kaikkien asiakkaiden on pysyttävä majoituspaikan tiloissa hiljaisuuden päivänä (Nyepi) / hindulaisena uutenavuotena 24 tunnin ajan (alkaen klo 6.00). Hiljaisuuden päivä on tavallisesti maaliskuussa tai huhtikuussa (päivämäärä vaihtelee vuosittain). Sisään- tai uloskirjautuminen ei ole tuona päivänä mahdollista. Myös Ngurah Rain kansainvälinen lentoasema (Densaparin kansainvälinen lentoasema) on suljettu hiljaisuuden päivänä.

A Stay Defined by Beauty, Comfort and Genuine Care For Guests!

Abaca Villas were amazing! Loved staying there. From the beautiful driveway you turn down off the main strip you think it's going to be very noisy but once there it's silent and private. The grounds are so pretty, the staff cared about the presentation of the villa with beautiful marigolds in the shapes of stars floating in the pool and bowls of marigolds around the living areas so it was always pretty. The rooms are clean and modern with plenty of powerpoints and big wardrobes. The bed I slept in was so comfortable I forgot to have a look at what brand it was before I left! Staff were very friendly and always helpful at anytime. I requested a vegetarian breakfast and they accommodated me only out of the group of us and it was delicious. Plenty of outdoor space to have alone time in the swing chairs or sun beds so relaxing anywhere in the villa is peaceful. No problem getting outside services to come to the villa. I highly recommend and would love to stay there again. Thank you Abaca!

Super villa for big group parties and celebrations of upto 40pax.

Fantastic villa for big parties, reunions. Property has three villas with total of 16 bedrooms and can host 30-40 pax if include kids that stay in parents room. Multiple swimming pools, excellent service staff (15 people ). Only downside it’s quite a ways from the beach with traffic jams etc.

Beautiful experience and just as the pictures show

Wow! Abaca Villa is exactly as it looks in pictures. We booked the entire complex for our friends and family. From the moment we checked in we felt special. The staff are so lovely, nothing is too much for them. We needed some of the bedrooms reconfigured and they did it straight away, no issues. We celebrated 2 birthdays at the villa and the staff made a beautiful flower arrangement for us. They loved our kids and every morning made sure there was fresh fruit and pastries for all of us. The cooked breakfasts were fab with a choice of eggs, bacon, sausage and choice of fillings for omelettes. We hired nannies during our stay and the staff treated them so well, my nanny said she felt so welcome which put her at ease straight away.
The villa's need a bit of an update in parts. The mattress in the master room in Ilah Villa could do with an upgrade, it's quite hard. Most of the safe's in the room's didn't work, but we felt safe having the whole place to ourselves, so it didn't matter to us. Just locked passports away in luggage. The hot water can be temperamental and the staircase in the top room in Nyoman Villa needs to be widened - its VERY narrow and not the best to get up and down, especially at night.
The villa was very clean and the staff would work magic every day to make the place look amazing. A lovely bonus is every villa has it's own filtered water which is regularly filled up, so we didn't have to go to the shops for drinking water. Staff were brought in for massages with just an hours notice. Nothing was ever too hard to arrange by the staff. Overall a magical experience at the villas and our family are already talking about going back soon! Thank you Abaca Villas!

Amazing Abaca!!

Abaca Villas is stunning, with 2 incredible pools and communal areas. The rooms are gorgeous and have beautiful outdoor bathrooms.
The villas team is amazing, they really look after their guests. A truly special place s as bd highly recommended.
Look forward to going back.

Lovely hidden oasis with stunning pools in middle of busy Seminyak area!

Abaca Villas is a surprisingly peaceful and gorgeous spot, just off the main busy street of Jalan Petitenget, it’s a hidden oasis in a central location. It was so calm and quiet, we relaxed by the large pool, soaked up sun and enjoyed the breeze from the rice fields which run adjacent to the villas and provides a lovely open view down one side of the space.
The staff were friendly and helpful, we had breakfast cooked for us in our villa kitchen (choice of American, Continental and Indonesian breakfasts – was really yum!) and we opted for the floating option (to get those Instagram pics lol, but then we ate it at the table, more practical!)
The villa complex is 2mins from many main restaurants in the area, Metis, Barbacoa, Da Maria, La Baracca, Sardine, and with Livingstone Bakery right next door, and Kompact Fitness Gym as well.
We stayed in Villa Nyoman, the bedrooms are all nicely decorated and with large living area and lounges to chill. The whole complex is made up of 3 villas with a total of 16 bedrooms or you can rent each villa separately (2 x 5 bedrooms and 1 x 6 bedrooms). It’s the perfect villa estate for groups, whether it’s a family holiday and birthday celebration or an intimate wedding group, apparently you can sleep up to 45pax and use the large lobby/ living area in Villa Iluh for reception/ party or ceremony.
Definitely recommend, perfect location and a lovely relaxing space!
