The location made everything easy. The hotel seemed like the newest of the options. Staff was helpful with all request. Bus to Airport has pick-up across the street and is super easy. Breakfast was fine from 6AM-9AM. There is no gym but there is a full gym 2 1/2 blocks away and I did a three day pass. Go the Greenland and enjoy, NUUK is totally walkable but remember eat early as everything closes around 9PM.

Some good things some not so good. My room was nice. Spacious with a good size bathroom. However the TV did not work the mattress pad was too small for the bed, so they used two pads, one on top of the other, in an attempt to cover the bed. As a result, the seam from one of the pads was right where I would be sleeping. I had to completely unmake the bed and reposition the pads so that I could sleep. The heat in the rooms is radiant heat from the floor and it did not warm my room up enough - I was shivering before I got into the shower.
A couple of the staff members were very nice and helped me with where to go to see the Northern Lights, where to store my luggage, calling a taxi for me, etc. but a couple of others were not so pleasant. The young man on the night shift was downright rude and had no interest in talking to me. I believe he grunted at me at one point!
Check-out time of 10 am is too early. Breakfast is served from 6-9, which IMO is not late enough. Breakfast was minimal, but I managed to fill up enough. However the food service staff did a poor job. No one was cleaning tables and I had to sit at one that was sticky and full of crumbs. The coffee urn was empty. I waited 20 minutes for someone to realize it and finally went to the kitchen door and told someone it was empty.
An excellent location right in the city center and excellent wifi. And all of this for only $188 per night USD.

Clean, efficiently spaced comfortable room with a view of the city. Amazing breakfast buffet to start the day off right... I highly recommend this hotel if you are stying in Nuuk. Taxi from the hotel is about $20 USD or so. Book your transfer with "Greenland Excursions" to save half of that.

Small, cramped and overlooking gravestones

We chose this hotel because it was reasonably close to the airport and the price was relatively acceptable for our one-night stay in Nuuk.
When we entered the room, we initially thought it had to be a joke: a direct view over a cemetery right in the middle of the city.
The room was extremely cramped, and you practically had to climb over to one side of the double bed to get into it. That said, everything was clean and well maintained.
The worst part, however, was the bathroom. There was a frosted glass sliding door with a gap of around 3 cm running along the entire length of the door. This meant that everything happening in the bathroom could be heard clearly from the room, while the person sitting on the toilet had a clear view through the gap into the room — and straight out over the cemetery.
No matter how close you are to the person you're travelling with, you probably still want at least a little privacy when using the toilet.
The breakfast was probably the best part of our stay.

Comfortable rest

Newer facilities, great location, extremely friendly staff, especially Maria at the front desk. Rooms are efficient and comfortable. Morning breakfast included. Coffee and small plate cafe in lobby. You could pay more, but why.
