When mostly of your transaction is in Ecoland areas this is the best apartelle to book. Convenient, accessible,easy check in and out. The room area is spacious, i am not just comfortable with the size of the shower area, it fits only to a small frame person. Towels need to be replaced. Over all when looking for a budgt friendly hotel, i highly recommend this one.

This hotel is a scam... The two individuals beds aren't existent only one sickle bed and the other is trundle bed...it means hidden before the first. Incredible!!!

Budget Accommodation

A budget accommodation for family of more than 5. I stayed there every time I'm in Davao City. Quiet place and Nice Staff.
The advantage is able to cook unlike spending the same amount for hotel rooms.
The only down side is the facilities, poor Wifi connection, bathroom sliding door got stuck and the lamp in the room I'm sleeping in is damaged.

Needs to improve

The plus:
Quiet, very good security, some of the staff very friendly and pleasant, hot water heater works well, 10 min walking distance to SM ecoland, full utensils in kitchen, air conditioning in Sala and in bedroom.
The minus:
We had unit 14 initially on the second floor. Toilet base was leaking, shower door was very difficult to close and open, almost dangerous. Living room was nice with newer L shaped seating, but overall cleanliness was poor. Were provided unit 2 on second day of five days stay. Bed was less comfortable, toilet was better, but shower door was still cumbersome to open and close. L shaped sofa was in dire straits, needs replacing. Overall a cleaner unit, it sufficed for the stay.
The in-between:
No elevator, open air hallway, windows are facing inward to hallway, feels a bit like an inside cabin on a cruise ship. The staff was hit and miss at times, but issues were resolved. They only clean twice per week, but you can request fresh towels daily.
Bottom line:
Only four years old, feels older. Based on western standard, this is a two star at most. Our TV in room 2 didn't work well. Will not return.

Poor cleanliness

Stayed with family. Poor cleanliness. No maintenance. Had a water interruption so we went to to other rooms. We stayed 3 nights and 2days.. The place is really quiet and near malls but poor cleanliness.. They also had a water interruption.
