Damian's 5th birthday Discovery Suites Hotel Fantastic Experience
From the moment we arrived, Lovely from the reception was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Her excellent customer service, along with the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff, made our stay even more pleasant.
And the sweetest surprise was waiting for us in the room—a beautiful “Happy Birthday” banner, two blue balloons, a special slice of carrot cake, and a thoughtful birthday card from the hotel.
Such a simple yet incredibly thoughtful gesture that made Damian’s 5th birthday extra special. We truly loved and appreciated every little detail!

Amazing experience!
JonRay who went beyond measure to help
us feel welcome and comfortable with our stay. He deserves a promotion! Place is also super convenient having to walk a few blocks away to Galleria and Megamall, and just across the hotel is Podium. Nothing else I can ask for. Perfect hotel for us with efficient personnel manning the operations!

Great hotel with the most wonderful staff!
Across the street from one of our favorite places for shopping, "The Podium". BUT the main reason we come here is because of the wonderful staff, especially in the 5th floor restaurant: Catherine, Mary, Tom, and Jonathan. Very happy to see Melvin at the front desk still!

Warm Smiles and Exceptional Service
The reception team was very welcoming, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the bathtub, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Homey stay within Ortigas
Rooms were clean and is very homey. Whenever we request something it gets delivered within a reasonable period. The hotel is right across Podium mall which is a bonus. Overall recommend this place if you need a stay within the area.
