Fun in el nido
Rooms are a little small. But very clean and comfy. A small frig would be nice. Breakfast was wonderful

Great location in El Nido
We stayed in a premium room so we had a full balcony which we used every evening. Staff at this hotel couldn’t have been friendlier and the two resident animals Sunday and Dua were always there to great guests. Breakfast was made or order and does get a little repetitive if you stay there for a long time but I couldn’t have been happier with our choice in this property for our time in El Nido.

We are sorry to read your comment but we would like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
The stain found on the linens were actual feces in fluid form on the bed. All laundry services we work with refused to treat it. As a result, the king-sized fitted sheet, flat sheet, and bed pad were permanently damaged and could no longer be used. The amount we charged of Php 6,500.00 reflects the actual cost of replacing the damaged linens. These items were originally purchased in bulk, and replacing them individually is significantly more costly. You have paid Php 5,000.00 which doesn't even cover the extensive deep cleaning required due to the nature of the stain.
This was explained to you by our Manager many times. We stand firm that the charges were applied fairly.

Nous sommes désolés de lire votre commentaire, mais nous tenons à clarifier la situation. Les taches constatées sur le linge de lit étaient en réalité des matières fécales liquides sur le lit. Toutes les blanchisseries avec lesquelles nous travaillons ont refusé de les traiter. Par conséquent, le drap-housse, le drap et 'alèse (taille king) ont été irrémédiablement endommagés et sont désormais inutilisables. Le montant facturé de 6 500 PHP correspond au coût réel du remplacement du linge endommagé. Ces articles ont été achetés en gros, et leur remplacement individuel est nettement plus onéreux. Vous avez payé 5 000 PHP, ce qui ne couvre même pas le nettoyage en profondeur nécessaire compte tenu de la nature de la tache. Notre responsable vous a expliqué cela à plusieurs reprises. Nous maintenons que les frais facturés sont justifiés. Merci.
