Avenue One Hotel Needs Renovation.

Avenue One Hotel is located in Digos City. It is a cute hotel with excellent staff; however, it needs a complete make-over in order for tourists to feel comfortable and satisfied.There is a potential for Avenue One to be a tourist friendly hotel.

Good Enough for Budget Hotel

A budget hotel for travelers located in the midst of Digos City. I find the place good enough with very accommodating front desk staff.
The negative points include: the strong wifi connectivity but no internet connection; defective hot shower machine; because it is along a busy street, the noise coming from passing trucks awakens shallow sleepers like me.

Extrem loud, staff friendly

It was always extremely loud because of school events or other meeting. People shouting, running and screaming on the floor like a bunch of wild monkeys. This freaked me out.
The Hotel staff didn't care.
I wont be because for this reason!!!
Holiday without beeing able to rest and sleep is not holiday.
Terrible!!!!

Comfy Stay

This place is quite far from city center but good enough if you are looking for more or quite ambiance and want to enjoy peaceful environment as it is not busy way for commuters. It has a selected recreational space. Other way, you can have your morning routine like jugging, walking along the sidewalk.
