A pleasure.

We're up to 5 guys. The room was very spacious and comfortable. But surely what struck us most was the cheerfulness and helpfulness of the staff, who quickly solved a problem with the passport of one of us. Honourable mention to the receptionist and our barman Chan. It was a pleasure!

Truly Shocking

We checked in on 28th January to room 203, 2nd floor when opened curtains realised that only 2 metres away is massive ongoing building site with ongoing various works afterwards they offered a transfer in same hotel to GF near swimming pool and breakfast area with even worst conditions because it’s extremely noisy due to Zero Soundproofing inside of room including shocking quality of room. See attached photos - water leaking in bathroom, bathroom sink has huge crack, glass on top of table is cracked, etc / Hotel staff is fully aware on this matter. Truly shocking

Book only if you are courageous or desperate enough

The room was okay. No cockroaches identified. The swimming pool is fine. Reception is approachable, a bit hectic but helpful if you insist. Development areas: the hotel did not respond to my calls, messages via the booking agency, emails, or WhatsApp despite many attempts. I did it in advance and a day before the check-in - full ignorance. Only after arrival they shared another WhatsApp number that they use: +63 968 406 0479‬.
The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center. On one side there is a big school, on the other - a huge construction of another hotel. Be ready to enjoy either the children’s screaming or the sounds of construction from 7:30 a.m. The only thing that helped here is the old-school through-the-wall air conditioner (PTAC) that is noisy enough to drown out the sounds from the street. If you are courageous or desperate enough to book this hotel, at least ask for a side-view room. The elevator stopped working after a couple of days, which made us fit to go up to the 5th floor by stairs. The breakfast is extremely poor and deserves to be missed.

Good luck with the future...

Sorry to make a negative review as the first review. The only excuse is that the hotel is probably new and therefore all the flaws of the experience can be seen.
Breakfast non-existent if not bad.
For Europeans there is practically nothing but ordering two eggs. Eating à la carte breakfast with just one chef by waiting over half an hour is not acceptable for a hotel.
In two days I could not have breakfast.
All in all comfortable and clean rooms and proximity to downtown acceptable. For the beach you absolutely must take a means of transport.
Never mind the room allocation that has been on the wave of roulette ....
