A Delightful Lunch Buffet at Summit Galleria Great Food, Even Better Service❤️
What a delightful lunch buffet experience at Summit Galleria! I enjoyed it with my sister and friend, and from the impressive spread to the warm and attentive service, we truly had a wonderful time.
One of the highlights was the lechon kawali at the carving station. The pork was perfectly cooked, beautifully crisp on the outside while the meat remained tender and flavorful. Definitely one of our favorites!
For kare-kare lovers, Summit Galleria is a must-try. Their kare-kare is prepared using premium beef and a traditional recipe, resulting in a rich, delicious sauce and wonderfully tender meat. The aglio olio from the pasta section was another standout,?simple, flavorful, and very well prepared.
There was also a lovely selection of breads, desserts, coffee, and juices. And don’t leave without trying the ensaymada — it’s a must!
What made our lunch even more enjoyable was the excellent service, most especially from Stephen, who was attentive, courteous, and genuinely concerned about our needs throughout our meal. He made us feel very well taken care of. Stephen also reminded us about their Sunday dinner promotion for senior citizens, which we happily shared with our friend.
We also appreciated that two of the managers personally came by our table to ask about our experience. We were more than happy to tell them how delighted we were with both the food and the service.
Summit Galleria continues to be a place we are happy to recommend and bring our guests to. The food is fresh, the selection is generous, and the dishes taste freshly prepared. Add the gracious hospitality and attentive staff like Stephen, and you have a buffet experience worth coming back for.

Great Stay and Excellent Service!
We enjoyed our stay at Robinsons Summit Cebu. The place was comfortable, and the service was good. We would also like to commend Stephen being very accommodating and attentive. Stay and Dine Experience at Summit Galleria
The room is clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. John and Jessa from the café made sure my scheduled dinner arrived with already prepared meals. The downside is that we were placed at a tabled that is passed by a lot of mall goers and hotel guests. Overall the experience at Summit Galleria was exceptional.

On our first night, I thought I left the shower running, so I went to check, it was not! My husband says it was a water dripping from the condensation drain. It was loud and it bothered me.

summit cebu is a perfect stay for non-locals
I spent almost a week at Summit Hotel Cebu, and no regrets booking it. It is attached to a mall which makes it so convenient to shopping, cafes, and restaurants. The staff are all pleasant and polite—-and very kind and professional. Stephen in particular is such a joy at every breakfast——he’s always there with a bright smile to greet me and to help me find a table. He’s so lovely to chat with. I will definitely come back to Summit on my next trip.
