Worth staying here❤️

I personally love this hotel/resort. Its ambiance is very relaxing especially coming home after a long day trip in Moalboal. However, they could've improved their ammenities a little more. We booked a family room, and yes we're given one, but surprisingly a room without cabinet and hangers (the basic ones). Since they can not provide those, they opted to change our room into a deluxe triple which we truly appreciated. Special mention to Ms. Mira (frontliner) who was very efficient to resolve the issue. Breakfast was good. Buffet will only be served if number of guests would reach 30 pax, otherwise it's plated. Frontliners' effort to put a little smile on their faces may help brighten the guests' tiring day. Overall, Moalboal Tropics is a good place to stay when in Moalboal.

It took 2 nights for them to solve a television issue. They were running around trying to find remotes that match. They did not know how to program their universal remotes. They tried to shrug it off, I had to ask them to go to another room and get a TV that works. Originallyvtheyvasked if I could move. Yeah right lol. But overall staff was friendly, they don't always get a breakfast order right but they will correct when pointing out. It was a nice breakfast. Clean hotel.

I've been there last month, it was a great experience❤️ the rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, bar we're very relaxing. About the service? Yes! It was amazing

Relaxing experience

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was incredible and their staff are welcoming. The decor really set the tone for a relaxing getaway.The highlight of the stay was definitely the pool and Saturday night event which they organized grilled and the open mic to sang along. A huge thanks to the team for making check-in so seamless. They truly went above and beyond."
