Pet friendly hotel
It is very rare to find a pet friendly hotel and we are glad to discover Hotel Georgina. For only an additional of Php 300/pet, you can tag them along!
We were even the first ones to stay in their family poolside room as our check in date was only 3 days after they opened. They have a common kitchen where you can cook. Their staff are very accommodating and friendly. Their food is very affordable and the taste is super value for money. I have nothing but good words for Hotel Georgina. This is definitely not the last time we will be booking with them.
· FOR IMPROVEMENT:
* the pool is awesome, but it will be perfect if it is heated
* pillows were a bit stiff, expected fluffy ones
* decor were a bit tacky
these are just minor stuff, not really a deal breaker. :)

A perfect weekend getaway
My friend and I booked this hotel in Tagaytay thru Agoda.com and we are so thankful as it went beyond as expected. For an affordable price you will have your free breakfast, you can soak to their pool, if you happen to bring a car a free parking is being offered just underneath your room. The place is just within the area where People's Park in the sky, Picnic Grove and Skyranch are situated. And also it's just 300 meters away from the terminal so its accessible. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us! Thank you.

Overnight stay
I was shocked when I entered in this hotel.
I thought it was a Motel because of thier set up. You have your own parking.
Rooms was so simple. 2 pillows which is not comfortable to use. Bed is like you are lying in The floor.
Food/breakfast- it was ok and its in The Pool side view.
Staff: very accommodating and friendly
Location: its not in the center of Tagaytay City. You have to take a jeepney to reach Tagaytay.
Value for money, it is a cheap hotel. I got what I paid for.

Horrendous Stay – No Generator
Location was a bit off, as you still have to walk 180m to the hotel from the bus stop. The distance isn't long but the street isn't that safe. It's a narrow street with open canals and some fast tricycle drivers. Be sure to hold your kids when you walk here.
The room is average. The bathroom was tiny. Your knees would hit the wall when you sit on the toilet and I'm not even that tall. It's a 1mx1.5m space. Really tiny for a bathroom.
The night of our stay was horrendous! There was no power by 11pm and went back up at 5am. It was a 6-hour hell for us with children in tow. There was no generator, no nothing. The staff gave us an emergency lamp but were not helpful. With 2 kids with us, we barely had slept.
The pool and the breakfast were the saving grace of this hotel.
I reported the power issue to Zen Rooms and they gave us an extension of 5 hours to check out. However, we already had plans that day so we still went out at noon.

Awful Security
I am a recent guest and we had an incident. It was handled poorly by the "room attendants" who were there.
(Who are mostly sketchy-looking dudes, i might add)
So what happened was I noticed that I was missing money from the drawer of our room. I noticed it when we were about to check out. So we immediately went to the front desk to report what happened. This guy, acting like he is in charge, immediately went defensive. He talked to me like what I was saying isn't true. We asked to review the CCTV's and they said that they don't have access to it. I told them that they have to do something about the incident and they looked like they didn't want to.
Here are some sketchy stuff. The "guy" insisted that we only check the CCTV for specific timelines and not the whole duration of our stay. He initially said that no one could've possibly entered the room other than us since we have the keys and then later mentioned that a room attendant checked our room and that they have a spare key(as they should). They needed to check our room because they were trying to knock and contact us through the intercom but we weren't answering so they thought we had left. But we were just out eating.
When I asked to contact the manager they said that they won't be able to because it's already 2am. I contacted my cousin and asked for help and it must've looked like I was talking to my lawyer while I was explaining what happened because while I was doing that, the "guy" was quick to offer to replace the lost money so we can go. We did not take the money and asked for the manager's name and contact number instead. I asked for his name and gave a nickname instead of his real name. He suddenly became calm and lost that angst that he was having initially.
To cut this short, I was able to talk to the manager the next day when we got back to Manila. He actually handled it very well and we had come to an arrangement. He replaced the lost cash and the "room attendant" was reprimanded and proper actions were taken.
This was my second stay here. I really found the place to be very cozy and clean. But the personel are not well trained to handle sensitive situations. And also, I found out that the room that we were in was almost a blind spot for the CCTV.
I think it's safe to say that we won't be going back here.
