An adequate stay!

Its a comfortable and adequate stay in the area. Nothing too flashy but works as there are several similar properties around and options for food and dining.

Great value, get what you pay for and the staff were excellent and very friendly, shower pressure is really good location was great with parking was a bonus’s.

The location is nice and the restaurant staff was good but the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Very poor conditions inside the rooms. Some of our family missed their flight because their car was blocked and they couldn’t get out on time to catch their flight and hotel staff could not help with anything, they didn’t know who the cars belong to because they did not fill out the number plates on the forms. Security guard was not helpful and would not help look for the car owner. They need a better system and the owners need to spend some money and make some upgrades. This was our second time staying here and last time a few years ago go we had a better experience but Will not stay here anymore.

This hotel is close to the beach customer service for the bar and restaurant is great but the front desk staff is not helpful and the security is terrible. We missed our flight for 9 am because our car was blocked and they couldn’t find the owners of the vehicle because they did not write the license plate numbers of customers. We were trying to leave the hotel at 6:30 and could not leave until 9 am.
The hotel rooms are terrible, not upgraded and looks like mold is growing on the bathroom ceiling and wall in room number 116 shower was missing shower door and there was only 2 bath towels for 3 guest, no wash cloths and no hand towel. The bed is uncomfortable and u can feel the spring on the bed. No blanket or comforter just a thin sheet on the bed.
This place needs upgrade and changes to some of the process. Maybe they need to keep the vehicle keys in a locked box so the security can move the cars if need esp in emergency.
Worst experience. There are other hotels in the same area and I hope this review helps others make informed decision and not ruin anyone else’s day and trip.

Disappointing Stay

If this is your only option, it's adequate otherwise look at other options. For the cost it wasnt worth it, the rooms were dated, towels were dirty, tv was of little use. We had to carry our luggage upstairs. Breakfast was average and took 50mins & it wasn't busy. On checkout were weren't offered any help with getting a taxis. The hotel needs maintenance and wasn't clean in the common spaces, especially outside. The beach, although looks ok, is not a beach to swim in. We wouldn't go back to this hotel.
