Very central

Charming hotel that is very centrally located.
We had a motorbike and required secure parking, that was not a problem.
Polite efficient reception staff.
We loved the tapas bar recommendation.
Room was well serviced and clean.
Sadly our air conditioner leaked in the night.
Bed was a lot firmer than we are used to.

Nice place, we are planning to go back soon.

The hotel is relatively new, the walls are thin, sometimes you can hear the neighbors and there was no desk in the room to set the laptop; breakfast is ok. The staff was fantastic! Vert helpful and very friendly. The HVAC was nice, we had the remote and it was easy to control. They did a great job on the daily room cleaning, the bed was BIG and very comfortable. The garage was nearby and with easy access. They have a lounge on top of the hotel and the view from there is awesome. I really liked it there and we are already planning on going back there. The receptionist always answered all our questions and gave us hints to get around Utrera. Great place, I highly recommend the hotel.

Regarding the room layout, some of our rooms are designed with a more minimal concept, although we do offer other categories with additional space and features that may better suit guests needing a work area. We also take note of your comments about sound insulation and breakfast, as they help us continue improving.

I booked 3 rooms for 1 night. Sadly one of my tour party i was taking became ill and was not able to travel on the date. Because it was apparent that this would impact on the stay at the hotel i tried for over a month before hand to speak with them, not to cancel the booking, but mearly to change the date and pay any extra. The hotel just "blanked" all my communications and failed to respond to any e mail direct or through Expedia. The end result was they were able to keep the money from yhe original booking. Bad karma, lost any future motorcycle tour bookings from me.

VERY INTIMATE HOTEL

Beautiful hotel, functional and comfortable.
I also appreciated the quality of the service, above all expectations.
The decoration is composed of many very nice art details.
Breakfast is good.
There's a piano in the front yard: I'll come back just to try it.
There is a nice roof terrace: very noticeable in summer.
A different hotel very close to Seville.

Nos alegra enormemente saber que ha disfrutado del carácter íntimo del hotel, así como de su diseño funcional y cómodo. Es una gran satisfacción para nosotros que destaque la calidad del servicio por encima de sus expectativas, ya que es uno de los aspectos que más cuidamos.
