Family reunion Toledo

Very simple, clean, excellent service. Good price quality ratio. Family and welcoming Mood. I recommend for a 3 day trip to meet Toledo.

ANTS IN THE ROOM.

⚠️⚠️❌❌. This is my opinion, and it is what happened to me and my partner. We entered a room at night, which was full of ants everywhere, on the bed, behind the furniture, service, room. HORRIBLE!!!!
We asked for a solution, which was to leave and get our money back, which was a hassle for us because it was 1 AM and we had to travel 3 hours to get home. They told us that getting the money back was very difficult since the reservation was made through Booking.
It turns out that in the end, we stayed in another room, and to our surprise, we found a spider on the pillow. We didn't say anything in this case because we were already desperate.
For me, the worst place where I stayed overnight.
I REPEAT, it is my experience and that of my partner.

But these prices cannot be linked to what they offer.
It is a hostel with no more and very normal.

A two star calidas

For a 2 star hostel, it's great. Simple but complete rooms. Very good breakfast and very nice staff. They make recommendations to you and they're on the lookout.
Going from being a little far from the historic center, there are bus stops right in the same hotel. There is also plenty of outside parking area

Negative experience

Prices vary greatly from day to day. 170 euros on a Friday in October and the very small room with little space, much heat and cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
