Boutique Hotel LaSort sijaitsee kaupungin keskustassa ja veden äärellä. Kylpyhuoneista löytyy suihku, kylpytakit, tohvelit ja designer-hygieniatuotteet. Asiakkaat voivat surffata verkossa käyttämällä huonehintaan sisältyvää kiinteää tai langatonta internetyhteyttä. It’s true that we don’t have a pool, but we’re lucky to have the beach just across the road, only a one-minute walk away.

Beautiful view. Underwhelming hotel experience!
The biggest positives are the location and views. The hotel is directly across from the beach, making it easy to walk everywhere in Moraira, and there is convenient parking nearby. Our room had a beautiful balcony view, and the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water.
Unfortunately, there were several things that kept this from feeling like a boutique hotel experience , especially at over €300 per night. The front desk staff were often unfriendly and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had a question or request. One of the most frustrating policies was the ice service—you either have to go to reception to get it yourself or pay €5 to have it delivered. Even then, they only provide a tiny bucket. On one occasion they tried to hand us a single cup of ice, and when we politely asked for more, we were met with eye rolls.
The air conditioning was another major disappointment. It isn’t adjustable, shuts off whenever you open the balcony door, and repeatedly turned off during the night. During 100°F (38°C) summer weather, guests should be able to control the temperature in their own room.
The bed was also too small for two adults, the pillows were uncomfortable, the room was quite noisy, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable throughout our stay.
Overall, Hotel LaSort has an unbeatable location and beautiful views, but the lack of comfort, poor Wi-Fi, inconsistent air conditioning, and disappointing customer service make it difficult to justify the price. With a few improvements, it could be an outstanding hotel.

We would like to clarify a few points for future guests.
Our room rates are clearly displayed before booking and accepted by guests at the time of reservation. As a boutique hotel in a prime seafront location in Moraira, our prices reflect the experience and services we offer.
Regarding the ice service, it is an optional service with a published charge, just like many other hotel services. Guests are also welcome to collect ice from reception at no additional cost.
Our air conditioning is fully adjustable through the room thermostat. As in any modern system, it automatically stops once the selected temperature has been reached and restarts when needed. It also temporarily switches off when the balcony door is open as part of our commitment to sustainability and responsible energy use.
Regarding the Wi-Fi, all guests receive written connection instructions and access codes during check-in. If any assistance is required, our reception team is always happy to help.
Finally, we are sorry that your perception of our reception team was not positive. Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of our guest reviews consistently highlight the friendliness, professionalism and dedication of our staff, something of which we are very proud.

Sensational Sea Scape
Our room was very nice, simple decor with ample storage, decently priced mini bar and good coffee machine, whilst the bed was large and very comfy, the material of the quilt wasn’t to our liking, think thin polyester, however the crisp good quality sheets ensured a good night sleep.
The bathroom had a good sized rainfall shower, nice toiletries, loads of storage and a ‘proper’ hairdryer.
Housekeeping do a fabulous job of keeping the room and all public areas spotless and are so friendly.
The breakfasts set you up for the day, loads of choice with quality ingredients, our favourites included: an extensive fruit platter, tomato and olive oil toast, omelettes and Greek yogurt with granola.
The staff are all lovely, very welcoming.
Our absolute hotel of choice when in Moraira, the views are stunning. We happened to be there when the Moraira triathlon occurred and had an amazing view of the swimming element from our balcony.
Thank you LaSort, we had the best time, see you again!
