Amazing holiday
Lovely apartment, well equipped with all you need, lovely terraces. 3 mins to beach and same for supermarkets. About half hour from barcelona Rod the owner is a wonderful host and is always at the end of the phone... can't get better than that!

HORRIBLE, BE CAREFUL, SCAM
If there is a rating below 0, I would have given it to this hotel. HORRIBLE. It is a nightmare. I had an asthma attack 5 minutes after I arrived at the location.
WARNING, the address provided on booking is not the same as where you will be staying. The address is only for picking up the key and paying my tax; then they will provide you with another address.
The elevator is out of order. There is no lock and no security system on the door of the room. The sheets and towels are extremely dirty and stained; the toilets also still have urine everywhere and it smells terrible. I reported this directly to booking and left the premises.

Don't Get Ripped Off!
I initially booked this place and subsequently cancelled my booking under the Free Cancellation period. Still, the hotel charged me the full payment. I wrote to them a few times but they did not bother replying at all. I complained to my credit card company which eventually refunded me the payment. It looks to me this hotel is a scam.

Worst ever
This is by far the worst ever hotel I have ever stayed in. Incredibly dirty, awful smelling. I had a room at ground level with the window facing the kebab shop neon light door in front, with just a white (beige from dirt, actually) thin curtain to obscurate the light. Furniture absent. Only a thin (and dirty) blanket, no extra blanket anywhere. Cold room, cold bathroom. Unpolite, unprofessional reception with a man not speaking even the slightest hint of english and not knowing the basic of universal politeness. He couldn’t do receipt (?) and I had to write and wait over a week to get it. It costed over 100 euros per night. If there were the possibility to give 0 star, this would qualify.

Unhappy Beginning. Happy Ending
Not knowing how to check in can piss everyone off. We press the intercom. The voice says 5 minutes. The door clicks open. We go in. Nobody nor reception desk is to be found. We come out. I really need to pee by this time. I press my thighs together to plug my bladder that's threatening to explode any seconds. I leave Ben & run to the nearest cafe. By then wet spot is getting bigger around my crotch area.
I order a glass of vino blanco & ask for toilet. Can't ask for toilet & order my wine, can I? Actually I can but.... Rush to toilet & out. Sip my wine. Ben comes with news that the receptionist is not happy waiting. Since the reservation is under my name, his passport is not acceptable. We swap places.
I press the intercom. I hear the click but I can't push the door open this time. A few seconds later somebody comes from behind me & presses intercom. I hear the click but still I can't open the door. I look around for the guy and there it is.....the glass door to the left of the hotel is sliding to close. I dash toward it but too late. An unhappy looking man electronically opens the sliding glass door. How would I know the reception was next door?
UnhappyMan: You have reservation?
HappyMe: Yes. (I try to show him my reservation) UnhappyMan: What name? (I tell him my name. He goes through some papers on his desk) I spell out my name and try to show him the reservation confirmation. UnhappyMan seems to get more irritated.
UnhappyMan: You don't get it. I just need your name (more irritated).
By this time I know for sure UnhappyMan does not get it. Nobody gets my name in the first place, even in my country. It's the name that does not fit my face. Second, I am Malaysian. All Malaysian Malays MUST have the unnecessary middle name BIN (for male) and BINTI (for female) but BIN and BINTI are part of our first name when buying flight tickets or hotel stay. I give UnhappyMan my passport anyway while he's still fumbling with the papers.
Only then UnhappyMan finds our reservation paper. But still he does not want to admit that he is the one who did not get it. Anyway it is all pleasant after the unhappiness check in till the day we check out. He's all smile every time our paths cross. Still I know UnhappyMan is the one who did not get it
