Apartamentos Quintero
Apartamentos Quintero sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla, 500 metrin päässä Plaza Nueva -aukiolta ja 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Sevillan katedraalilta. Se tarjoaa moderneja duplex-huoneistoja, joissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi, taulu-tv ja hierova suihku.

Beautiful apartment but not very practical for longer stay
I and my partner picked this apartment for our 5 nights holiday, I had to work half of the time so we thought apartment was more comfortable. This apartment was so beautiful and well located, also all the staff were super helpful and friendly. But there were few odd findings;
Pros;
-Perfect location to walk everywhere
-Rooftop was a nice touch(probably too hot in the summer)
-Washing machine really helped us(they also provide detergent and conditioner!)
-complementary traditional biscuits were so nice
-so clean and neutral décor
Cons;
-So little storage for clothing, no drawers or enough hangers. We had to leave our jackets on chairs and sofas that looked so messy. No space to store cabin size suitcase either so it kind of ruined the beautiful bedroom.
-There was no mirror apart from bathroom.
-Not enough power plugs and awkward to work. We had to move the dining table completely to plug in my laptop.
-The kitchen is equipped in odd way. The family size massive fridge and dish washer then no surface to prepare food/drinks or dry cups/plates. The kitchen equipment were not considered trough. Even using a kettle was a pain since we had to move so many things to make a place. There were large plates but no bowls. We asked Moka pod since we don’t like Nespresso and they brought it to us straight away, we really appreciated!
-Due to the structure of the building, any voice or door slamming echoed loudly. Cleaner chatting each other in the early morning always woke us up. Church bells start ringing from 9am so you’d be up anyway, but definitely not suitable for light sleeper or someone want to sleep in. (Waking up by church bells could be a charm of Seville)
-We had two single beds sitting together and they moved so easily! I ended up falling in the gap many times or pillows falling between bed and headboard. Mattress, pillows and lines were luxury and comfy so it was shame.
-The hot water was really hot and good pressure but shower was not the best. The big one one the top needs limescale removal, the water didn’t come out properly. Smaller shower never stayed on the stand so it kept falling down. Having a shower was annoying unfortunately.
-It could be a perfect apartment if the facility is considered for 5+ nights stay and remote working.

Excellent Place to Stay
Look no further, you won't find anywhere in seville better to stay than these apartments. The apartment was spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were so comfy!!
The apartment is in a perfect location for all attractions. The owners were very helpful through what's app and answered any questions we had. They also sorted a taxi for us to the airport. We will return to Seville and indeed these apartments.

Modern and ancient blend - and perfect location
CasAQuintero Apartments are located in the very heart of Sevilla; a mere 200 metres or so from the Cathedral. Ours was a first floor apartment overlooking Calle de Alvarez Quintero. There was little noise from the street, surprising given the proximity to the many restaurants and bars nearby.
The apartment was very well appointed. A lovely sitting area, a function kitchen (not that we ate in; why would you given where we were??), a comfortable bed. The small welcome packet of biscuits was a nice touch.
As is the modern way, all check-in arrangements and instructions were done online, either via the booking engine or WhatsApp. We never met our host, but she responded almost instantly to any queries. These modern communication processes were almost ironic given that the property is a beautifully restored 160 year old Sevillian house.
We did see a couple of the house staff, and whilst we didn't need to interact with them to any degree, they were always most friendly.
The 3rd floor free laundry service was a real boon, as we had been travelling for over three weeks by the time we got to Sevilla, and had had no chance to do anything other than hand-washing.
The luggage storage facility on our departure day (also arranged by WhatsApp) was also a great bonus.
All round, a great find, and I will stay again upon my next visit to Sevilla.

Very close to the main sightseeing sites in Seville
町の中心の大聖堂から徒歩数分の場所にあり、観光においては非常に利便性の高い立地です。周辺には夜中まで営業しているお手頃なタパスバーやレストランが多く食事にも事欠きません。アパートの前にフラメンコレストランがあるので、終演後に賑やかになる時間があります。建物は新しくありませんが、室内とエレベーターが新しく改装されています。居室はリビングダイニングキッチンと寝室が別れていて住むように宿泊できます。キッチンもあるので徒歩5分ほどのスーパーマーケットで食材を購入して調理することもできました。
The apartment located near the cathedral and few minutes by foot. There were many casual tapas bars and restaurants around the apartment. In front of the building, there was a Flamenco restaurant. So sometimes it was a little bit noisy during night. The building was not new, but an elevator was new and large. In the room, there were living room with kitchen, bath room and bed room. It was kept clean. Interior was modern and nice. Laundry room was on the terrace, all guests could use.

Soggiorno ottimo!
Appartamento a un minuto dalla cattedrale, in una calla pedonale. Pulito, grazioso, tutto nuovo, check in e check out automatizzato ma la proprietaria sempre presente su whatsapp risponde a tutto. Ci hanno portato asciugamani pulito e hanno eseguito pulizia ogni 2 notti. Siamo stati bene. Bella la terrazza con doccia e lettini. Ottima la lavanderia sul terrazzo.
Al nostro arrivo caffè e dolci tipici. Consigliato!
