Satisfied with everything

Super satisfied with the treatment received by the family that runs the hotel. Spacious, cozy and very clean room.
If I had to come back, I'd do it because of the empathy that family had with me and my husband.

A great disappointment!!!

When we booked the trip, we were very excited; thinking of a rural hotel sounded almost perfect, ...but upon arriving there, we found ourselves in a very different reality..... The site is very nice, although a bit far from any town.
The breakfasts were disappointing... little variety and industrial pastries every day.
When they say "...savor traditional Galician food," it is very far from reality... canned salad, thawed meats and vegetables, all kinds of commercial products, and no fresh local produce.
In short, it's a shame, but as the saying goes... if travel operators do not control these services, they are as responsible as those who offer them.
By this, I mean "cntravel" and each of the agencies that market these trips.

EYE!! DON'T BOOK IT. DON'T GO

NOT RECOMMENDED. Your stay a bad experience. On their website there are photos that do not conform to reality, therefore they deceive you. It is not at all a 3-star hotel, the stars have fallen off, it does not even have the service of a 2-star hostel. Lousy buffet of food, very bad and almost without variety. Poor breakfasts, always the same, and not even identified lactose-free milk, meals because for example baked chicken achicharados and hard steaks like a rock, salads only lettuce with shoots and tin beets, but paraded through the buffet less and less fresh. So the food did not improve, we arrived to dinner bread, heated in a microwave because at night we were not allowed to use the toasters, with and oil from filled bottles. A MESS.
Bathrooms without curtains cover light or blinds, so if you turn on the light they see you from the outside; towels with linden, the furniture of the mirror very old...
In general NOTHING ACCEPTABLE and of course NOTHING RECOMMENDABLE

Poor quality of dining service

It's a hotel that I would never recommend to anyone, very poor quality in breakfast and lunch, both lunch and dinner, little variety of products, poor quality of food, and very poorly cooked, I don't give a point, it doesn't look like the images of the page at all to reality,

Good experience

very good, family, quiet, the owners and employees treated you like you were family, the room comfortable and very clean, we will come back and recommend it.
