Loved it. Super cute hotel, great location in the town square.
Great breakfast with a lot of options. Hotel design is clean and modern aesthetic. The roof top features a small pool with nice sun beds. Perfect for the hot days of summer in Mallorca.
Room was nice and had very nice bedding/sheets. I would stay again. Thanks to the staff for a nice visit. They were very friendly and helpful.

Very bad experience
Our experience at Mon Boutique Hotel was quite disappointing, mainly due to the lack of management and customer service.
From our arrival we had a first issue: we had requested a room with a double bed and we found two separate single beds. We decided not to make a big deal out of it and continue with our stay.
The really serious problem occurred after check-out. In less than 24 hours we realized that we had forgotten some items in the room and we contacted the hotel immediately. From the first moment we pointed out to them that we could go personally to pick them up, since we had little time before our flight and needed to resolve it quickly.
The person who assisted us indicated that the things were not there, since, as they explained to us, the cleaning staff had not registered or reported that any belongings had been found in the room. They also pointed out to us that, because they were on a different shift, they could not communicate with the corresponding staff and that everything that could be done had already been done. The willingness to help us was, furthermore, quite lacking in empathy, despite the fact that from the first moment we expressed our intention to go pick up our belongings and explained that we had very little time.
The most disappointing and inconsistent part happened about an hour and a half later, when, being already very far from the hotel and without the possibility of returning without risking missing our flight, we received a call informing us that they had finally found our belongings.
It is difficult to understand how, after having indicated to us that the items were not there and that nothing more could be done, an hour and a half later they did appear. Apparently, the belongings had always been there and all it took was proper communication and coordination among the staff to have located them when we were still near the hotel and could go pick them up.
We perfectly understand that forgetting our belongings was our mistake. What is regrettable is the way the hotel handled the situation: the lack of communication, coordination, and willingness to find a timely solution ended up making us lose time and money, when the problem could have been solved very easily.
We are leaving with a very bad experience. Unfortunately, because of what happened, we would not recommend this hotel for any reason.

Well positioned hotel but beware of the adjacent building site
The breakfast room was attended by one member of staff. We felt we were being a nuisance by asking for a table to be laid up. Some items were replenished but by 9am some items were no longer available even though breakfast was served until 10.30am. The standard of breakfast was not what we had expected.
The hotel is well situated in the town with plenty of restaurant options. We were not disappointed with the standards of those we visited. Please note the hotel no longer provides a restaurant. We were advised it is now closed.
Very disappointed that we were not advised prior to our arrival regarding building work. Would definitely recommend Pollença town as a holiday destination.
