Paradiso Garden Hotel sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää ja lähellä rantaa. Wat fijn om te lezen dat u voor de derde keer voor Paradiso Garden heeft gekozen en opnieuw heeft genoten van uw verblijf in een swim-up kamer. Het doet ons veel plezier dat u de rustige sfeer, de privacy en de ligging van het hotel zo weet te waarderen. ✨
Uw complimenten voor ons team betekenen veel voor ons. We zullen uw vriendelijke woorden met plezier delen met onze collega's van de keuken, housekeeping en alle andere afdelingen.
Daarnaast wil ik u persoonlijk bedanken voor uw mooie woorden over mijn werk als Guest Manager. Het was opnieuw een groot plezier u te mogen verwelkomen en u tijdens uw verblijf te helpen.

An honest review!
The location is convenient – not far from the airport and close to the sea (a 5-minute walk).
The room was new and clean, with high-quality and regular cleaning, but we ran out of shampoo quickly!
The hotel grounds and swimming pool – there’s hardly any outdoor space; the pool area is small and not very comfortable, as is the pool itself.
Food – a major downside: limited choice of dishes, and the menu is very monotonous! Breakfast is a buffet. Dinner is à la carte, with a limited and monotonous selection of dishes.
On the plus side, there was gluten-free bread, but you constantly had to ask for it, and they’d only give you one roll, sometimes two if you insisted strongly (I have a condition that means I can’t eat anything containing gluten! I felt uncomfortable having to ask for just one or two rolls each time; I had to wait up to 10 minutes, which was a bit humiliating! The food is the hotel’s weak point.
The spa has two saunas and a swimming pool – small, cosy and pleasant!
Another major downside was the rowdy hotel guests who were getting drunk and making a racket late at night, disturbing my sleep!
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel a second time! I have plenty to compare it with, and for this price range I’ve stayed at hotels with higher standards of food and service!

At the same time, we are sorry to learn that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely regret that the behaviour of some other guests affected your rest, as we understand how important a peaceful atmosphere is for an enjoyable holiday.
Regarding our dinner service, we would like to clarify that our à la carte menu offers a selection of four starters, four main courses and three desserts each evening, prepared with fresh ingredients. We are sorry if this did not match your personal preferences.
We would also like to address your comment about the gluten-free bread. We are always happy to provide as much gluten-free bread as our guests require. As it is baked fresh upon request to guarantee the best quality and avoid cross-contamination, it may take a few minutes to prepare. We are sorry if this process caused any inconvenience during your stay.

Great couples break ❤️
As we were visiting for a rest, we had room service few times on our balcony and the food was all of a very high standard and the cocktails beautiful (and strong!) Great value for money. The hotel is spotlessly clean and every staff member very friendly - 10/10.
We selected B&B, and it’s great that breakfast is served until 1pm - no early alarms. Good variety of food and the chef making the omelettes to order was very good, and she had a lovely manner with all the guests.
The only thing I’d recommend the hotel changes is the location of the table tennis and pool table - which were just outside our swim-up room. This made our retreat a little less luxurious as less privacy with young people playing games just opposite (if you want to avoid this but have full sun I’d go for J12 or J13)

Schön, dass Ihnen auch unser moderner Industriestil, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der freundliche Service gefallen haben. Besonders freut uns, dass Sie unser Frühstück bis 13 Uhr sowie unseren Poolbereich mit Bar als kleine Oase zum Entspannen hervorheben.
