Highly recommended, clean hostel with all amenities

The Serpol Hostal has very clean rooms with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. There was nothing to complain about when it came to the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. Everything was very clean. Toiletries such as shower gel and toilet paper were also available. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. Guests receive a key to their room. The staff was also very nice and friendly and helpful. Staff also speaks English. 24-hour reception. Credit card payment is also possible. Breakfast is not served. There is a restaurant, but according to information from reception the owner of the restaurant has died. There are plenty of free parking spaces directly in front of the hostel. The hostel is located in a commercial area on the outskirts of the city. The city center, restaurants, Burger King, supermarkets, museums, train station, etc. can be reached from the hostel in about 20 minutes on foot. There is a gas station opposite the hostel. The hostel is wheelchair accessible. There is also an elevator. On the second floor there is also a microwave and a vending machine with drinks and sweets. The staircase and the hallways are very, very clean. Long-distance connections are in the immediate vicinity. The hostel is highly recommended. I would stay there again if I am in Palencia. A cheap but very clean alternative to expensive hotels.

Suitable for spending one night

The hostel is clean and comfortable to spend a night. It is approximately 30 minutes walk from the center of Palencia, although being in a polygon it is more convenient to get around by car.
The hostel does not have breakfast availability.
The hostel has a parking area.

Ugly location, very friendly and helpful staff

We stayed at the hostel with our two little children. The hostel is located in an industrial area and it is looks quit ugly from the outside. The lady at the reception was very friendly, we had booked a double room, but when she saw that we were traveling with two small children, she put in the room a baby bed and an extra bed for no additional cost. The room was clean and what you expect for the price. The breakfast was a bit expensive.

Típico hostal de polígono

El aire en la habitación apenas funcionaba. Una m..... No se podía estra. Después llegaron otros huéspedes de otro país que no respetaron las horas de descanso. Sitio bastante tétrico. Me esperaba algo mejor desde leugo. Personal amable

Cumplió mis espectativas

Tenia que hacer una noche en Palencia, y éste hotel para eso, pues va bien.
Está en un poligono industrial, con lo que el acceso es facil y tiene parking gratuito para los clientes.
El trato del personal bueno, y amable (llegué a las 5 de la madrugada y me abrieron al instante)
La habitacion no estaba mal de tamaño, el colchón bueno y el baño, con ducha, comodo. Se veia muy limpio la verdad.
Alguna pega?, pues que no tienen ni cafeteria, ni restaurante,y al ser un poligono industrial,el fin de semana, si quieres tomar algo, tienes 20 minutitos andando(al centro de Palencia) y 4 minutos en coche.
Para mi, fue ideal, y el precio muy bien.
