Very calm and pleasant stay. We will return.

Very friendly treatment. Very clean facilities and renovated rooms. It has parking and a pool and relaxation area. It is located in a very quiet area, great value for money.

Everything perfect!!!

We spent 8 wonderful days that as soon as possible we will return, the perso al is very attentive, the super comfortable beds and the pooltb very well, all the places to visit are nearby and also when going inside the 1st dinner there was no ton of tourism, as we were told in the hotel.
Thank you so much for everything, we are back!!!!

WONDERFUL = ZORAGARRIAK!!!

Sorry...I am again... Nekane Pazos Area.
This is an ANNEX to my second REVIEW.
I FORGOT to mention Miguel (son of Benjamin, the owner)...and his WIFE Rosi (in charge of cleaning).. they are...EXTRAORDINARY!!!...VERY GOOD PEOPLE...they only have ONE FAILURE ...THEY DO NOT PRIORITIZE WELL...for them THE FIRST THING IS THE WORK...and...IT IS NOT LIKE THAT...!!!...and as I already told you that I am BASQUE and...I won't keep quiet not even under water well...I SAY IT and that's it.
Ahhh and...I continue to DISAGREE with the REVIEWS that I read...although I ACKNOWLEDGE that...THEY HAVE IMPROVED a little!!!...let's not be SO SIMPLE GUYS...LET'S VALUE WHAT'S IMPORTANT!!!... Enough of playing what DOESN'T SOUND!!!.
I LOVE YOU HOTEL AZCONA ❤...my little BIG FAMILY
P.S.: Ahhh and Lana (cleaning worker)...I know she took a photo with me...which I DIDN'T WANT, hey!!! ...because Lana...is preppier than me (which is saying something)...and even though she is GORGEOUS...(she didn't want to see herself in her work UNIFORM!!!...)...I Miguel, the owner's son, said it!!!...but...Benjamin (The owner)...told her..."come on Lana...take 1 photo with Nekane"...and of course... .as the boss is...he obeyed him!!!..."
And to the clients too...A BIG HUG !!!...well...to SOME...More than OTHERS!!!

Much to be desired

Leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast is good. There are no lunches or dinners, the bar and little else. Regular cleaning, yellowed pillowcases and, if you are going to book, make sure you cannot smoke anywhere in the hotel, although you don't know until you arrive. You arrive on the street and if it rains you get wet, they don't have any smoking area. They don't announce it on their website at any time that you can't smoke otherwise we wouldn't have taken a room.
