Good option near the center

The apartments are very well located about 5 minutes walk from the amphitheater and the entire commercial area. They are tastefully decorated and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only negative point in our case has been the mattresses, in the children's beds they are so thin that the slatted base is noticeable when lying down and in the double bed it is completely worn out, it sinks and is soft as if it were made of water. Otherwise they are great, they leave you a small breakfast which is appreciated and there is public parking nearby.

The apartments are very central but the cleaning is terrible and there is a drain smell.

We had two apartments on the ground floor and the smell from the shower drain was nauseating. Very unclean, the oven couldn't be used and the sheets...whew, we killed two cuquis on the sofa. No one at the reception all weekend and the wasap complaining to me didn't even answer. We were there about three years ago and they were newly renovated and clean, now they leave a lot to be desired, I will not repeat it again...

Very Convenient to all things Roman in Merida

Very convenient to all the Roman ruins. 20 min walk from train station. Stayed in one bedroom apartment which was nice size and had a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Could use some wine glasses. It was clean except for a few ants found around the bathroom door. Biggest complaint was the remote check-in process. We had difficulty making contact which was due partly to language barrier and US phone. Finally we got our concierge from our preceding hotel to call and make contact for us. After we had the check-in information, it was easy to get into apartment. Only complaint about the apartment was the shower floor drain which is level with the bathroom floor. This could lead to flooding if you were not extremely careful with how long you showered and where the shower head was pointed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very good for the price point compared to the other hotels we considered.

Excellent option for Merida.

Stayed as a couple, (June 2019) one night in RSI Apartamentos in Merida. We were given a code to open a drop box at the entrance in order to collect our keys to the apartment.
The apartment was very clean and fresh with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable. It is essentially a fully equipped apartment with clothes washer, coffee, some breakfast buns, tea etc. There is also a grocery store (Dia) around the corner. The central air conditioner worked wonderfully and silently.
It is located withing walking distance of all the major sites in Merida. Parking can be found in the neighborhood and I would suggest leaving the car parked and walking to all the sights. The neigborhood is quiet with little traffic and virtually no noise is heard at night.
Overall fantastic stay. Our only regret is not having stayed longer!!! Highly recommend.

Great apartment

These apartments are fantastic. in a great location for both getting to and away from and with only a 5 minute walk to the attractions and town. It comes very well equipped including dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk! There is a small childrens playpark at the end of the road and a supermarket around the corner (less than 2 minutes away)
We would highly recommend this place.
You collect keys from the portacabin in the garden, only a little English spoken but not a problem.
