Excellent hotel in the middle of Llivia.

This is a lovely small hotel right in the middle of Llivia.
The owners were charming and made us so welcome. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and evrything worked. The room had a galley style kitchen with everything you would need including a fridge which was very useful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect.
Breakfast was ideal with lovely local produce and bought to our table. Parking is possible nearby. The hotel does have an indoor pool and terrace which we did not use this time.
The town of Llivia is minutes from the hotel with all that has to offer.
This was our first time staying here but will not be our last.

Super clean and well located in livia

A very well placed establishment in livia from the people at the reception to the adorable little care home of the doggies super well equipped apartment lacks a microwave and coffee machine style senseo very clean bedding to the top breakfast as at home a very pleasant time we will really come back to discover the only regret closed pool area during our stay ...

Cosy bolt hole

Lovely small self-catering apartment with breakfast included in the price (which, as this is a little piece of Spain within South of France, means the costs are cheap anyway) lovely pool, sauna & gym on site and easy to find - it's just behind the main road through town, in the old part, near all the VERY good restaurants, so the 2 electric cooking rings needn't be a hindererance to eating.

Cosy & Friendly

In a strange Spanish enclave, within Southern France, this is a lovely comfy apartment/hotel with really helpful & friendly staff & good Sauna + pool + gym in the old part of town, just behind the main street through town.
WARNING - booking.com say this place is 5 km from Font Romeu (for skiing) this may be the distance as the Condor flies, but its really 15-20km by road, dependent on which route you select.
The kitchen element of the rooms is limited to 2 electric hot plates, with no microwave or conventional cooker, but the local restaurants are very good & great value, so you probably only need your booze in the room, as Breakfast is included in the room rate.
As it's Spanish, it's much cheaper than the surrounding French places, too.

Merveilleux sejour dans cet endroit avec accueil tres sympathique, le couple est adorable et disponible

Grand placard..petite cuisine équipée
Parking privé..petite piscine bien agréable et super salle de sport..
Petit déjeuner à volonté avec jus d orange fraichement pressé
Il me tarde d y retourner
