The room was nice, big and clean. Staff was nice and cordial. Breakfast could have more fruit variety. Parking was good

For retirees, they do not put much effort into the food.

Hotel Arva Santiago deserves an extra star. For retirees, the midday meal was braised beef, and for dinner, it was beef cheeks, which is almost the same; the fideuá was bland, with no flavor, and nobody liked it out of the 55 people from CReal. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, the beds were fine, but the hotel does not deserve four stars.

Super polite and helpful staff, a little more professionalism and training would not hurt without complaints.very clean good above all the receptionist eating .. well but I think due to the level of clientele families and tour groups, they should just adapt a little more to people who live in hotels for work. the perfect cleanliness and the service girls very helpful. vote 5.5

A pity an experience not to remember.

I stay at this hotel every year for work on several occasions the hotel is fine the very friendly staff, the spacious rooms decent bed and cleanliness ok the problem is the noise you hear breathing to the one in the next room or to the one passing by in the hallway if you are unlucky with noisy guests you do not sleep all night but the worst I feel sorry to put this but it is the kitchen I do not know if they have changed to the staff in the last year but plummets the menu is very brief a worker with those amounts has to go out later to eat something are very ridiculous the amounts the price 15,50€ could put something more decent but the worst experience is with the quality and execution of the food cold dishes if you make and the worst in bad condition I have unfortunately had a very bad experience and as indicated was not so a shame.

Very good hotel

Hotel located about 10 minutes drive from the historic center of León.
Nice staff.
Spacious room, wardrobe with wardrobe, small fridge in the room.
Bathroom with bathtub.
Daily cleaning.
Parking outside the hotel.
A very good hotel to visit the area.
Very good value for money at our time.
