IMPUTATION ECHOS WITHOUT EVIDENCE AND NOTICE
Last weekend, May 9, 10 and 11, a group of 12 friends stayed at this hotel in the city of León in order to spend a weekend among friends and celebrate the bachelor party of two of them.
On Monday the 12th we find an extra charge of 200 € in the account of one of the attendees, considering unilaterally and without proof that someone of us painted on the door of a bathroom outside the rooms to which anyone staying in the hotel has access.
His arguments are that at a time interval no one accessed the bathroom except one of us, and with the statement of a worker who came to the bathroom and stated that he had not seen the graffiti before.
Firstly there are two doors, we don’t know which of the two you mean, secondly when this worker named Borja Fernández we don’t know if he didn’t see it or just didn’t close the sliding door and that’s why he didn’t see it.
We express our complaint with the certainty that our partner did not do that graffiti, without getting anything in return for what we proceeded this morning to file a complaint with the national police that prejudge a group of people between 33 and 67 years old for the simple fact that they come from bachelor parties.
Of course we will not use this hotel again or any of the chain that do not heed the claim and have simply made the charge absolutely fraudulently.
We also reserve the right to request compensation for inconvenience and disgust after a weekend of friendship and celebration.
Choose another hotel and another chain that is more serious.
