Lack of tact with the customer

We arrived with a wheelchair. The shower tray was not a walk-in shower, there were no grab bars, nor was it adapted (according to the establishment it was), the terrace had no ramp, had a large step, and there was no nearby parking. But the worst part is when we arrived from visiting the town and saw that the woman who manages it was waiting for us behind the glass to question us if we had hit the baseboard that was peeling off and that her partner was checking it. She had not bothered to check it. Her partner tells her it is not important, that it would be a snag, and that it can be fixed with silicone. But the damage was already done. You question why the person who is helping you treats you badly and ruins the experience for you. We left there angry because of the treatment. If it is not for families or is not adapted, they should have warned us.

WITH VERY GOOD TASTE IN MY MOUTH...

It has been an extraordinary gastronomic experience, highlighting the quality of the products, and of course, the elaboration of them, delicious dishes, we want to send our sincerest congratulations to the cook. We will definitely return to the Restaurant "Candillejas".

Geni para disfrutar del Valle de Jerte

Un hotel con encanto. Gran opción para disfrutar de Jerte y sus alrededores. El hotel esta genial, en pleno centro del pueblo y a 5 min de la piscina natural “El Nogalón”.
El servicio, la atención y la amabilidad de 10. El desayuno ( nosotros lo incluimos con la estancia) muy completo y con buenos productos. La mejor opción es incluirlo para agilizar el día porque puede ser complicado encontrar algo temprano para desayunar.
La habitaciones amplias y decoradas con estilo, todo completamente reformado.
El hotel tiene una piscina, no muy grande, pero ideal para refrescarte, también nueva.
Tienen servicio de almuerzo y cena con reserva, pero no hicimos uso del mismo.
Sin duda una opción genial para pasar un par de días por el Valle del Jerte.
