More than surprised.
We stayed for five days at Los LOBOS Apartments, located at Plaza de Los Lobos number 3 in Granada City. They are located in the nerve center of the city, having all the services at hand, but at the same time located in a quiet place, ideal for resting without problems. The mattresses are very comfortable as well as the pillows. We want to thank Doña Belén for the exquisite treatment received at all times, always being aware of any incident that may arise. We will return again and repeat the same accommodation without hesitation.-

STELLAR LOCATION, quiet/ secure w new renovation, % recommended
Location , excellent apartment, modern, spotless, a/c, gushing hot water shower kitchen, seperate bedroom( double bed) #5 apartment up 2 flights of stairs, excellent security, opening windows, everything was fresh & new . Parking within 400m €15 per 24 hours extra ( Socrates Car Parking ️)
Absolutely right opposite Los Lobos Square, green, tall leafy trees, water fountain, safe area 5mins walk to Cathedral of Granada, bars, restaurants & shops plus it’s very quiet at all times Book direct,Belen, our host was very responsive at all times

Amazing!
Loved everything about this place. The location was perfect, overlooking a restaurant and bar filled plaza, very central and easy to find.
The apartment was on the 3rd floor, so be aware of the stairs, but we didn't mind that. The interior was super, large windows, wooden ceiling beams, cute little bathroom.
Staff were super sound in the hostel where we collected the keys.
Would most definitely recommend this place - the stairs would be the only thing that may put people off.

Hotels.com deceive with description.
I had a very miserable room that was called an appartment. Nothing like the Hotels.com description. The room was a tiny basicly furnished damp ground floor dark room. It was opposit the main door to the street and next to the stairwell to the other apartments, incidentally unoccupied,! It was dark and damp. Luckily I was out enjoying Granada most of the day and evening for my 3 day stay. The staff were pleasant even though you have to go to another property to get a key to access.
Never again Hotels.com your description is appalling and deceptive. This is not the first time I have been dissapointment by Hotels.com descriptions not remotely resembling what you have paid for.

We are sorry you did not like our place, fortunately, there are people who love it and it is not easy to please everybody´s taste, and sometimes there are other people who do not love it.

Great location, that's pretty much it
With a few thoughtful details they could have improved our stay in a massive way.
The paper-thin walls are difficult to change but the passive aggressive information on the door are easily adapted. The patio upon entrance was promising but when entering the apartment my hopes disappeared. The room felt a little cramped and the door to the bathroom couldn't close completely. The toilet seat was loose and needed getting used to. The shower was comfortable enough. The remote control for the one thing regulating the temperature was not as self-explanatory as might have seemed. Only the last day I found the instructions for them and was able to get a little bit of warmth from the thing. I'm sure you don't need the heating in Granada as often as in other places but when we were there the place was incredibly cold. The good thing of having an apartment is, is that it's like having your own place to come and go as you please. Also having a kitchen is pretty cool if you haven't already stuffed yourself with free tapas. The WiFi was OK but not good enough for Facetime. If I'd go to Granada again I would probably go for someplace else.
