Very nice apartment Virgo 508

We rented this 2 bed apartment direct from the owner and found it was in the ideal spot for the local golf courses. We usually stay at Santa Barbara but at the extortionate rates they were charging we thought we would try owners direct. We were very glad we did.
The apartment was clean and tidy with patios front and rear so we could sunbathe all day if we wanted too. We would recommend this apartment to anyone as it has a lot going for it and also has the Aries bar almost next door.

Bad experience

We booked our apartment from Airbnb. 217. What a dump. It’s so dark. No view other than the hedge. The smell was of grease. Bars on the windows. Bed had a hole in the middle. Bathroom door didn’t close. Barely any cooking equipment. The pool is nice but not enough sun beds. Pool bar is a miserable affair!

Not worth the money they are charging!

Pebble Beach Leo 461
Just returned after two weeks here. This was certainly not worth the money they charged. The shower is totally inadequate, no power, hose leaks, the shower cabinet is dirty and really not fit for purpose. The apartment overall requires some time and money spent on it. From arriving and climbing the steps to find the handrail is not secure, a number of electrical sockets not secured properly to the wall, the shutters and patio doors are in poor condition, the kitchen window and blind are both dirty....I could go on. We had to put cardboard into the door frames and the window frames to stop the rattling in the wind.

Magnificent views

Apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The balcony gets the sun first thing in morning til early evening and the views over the 12th hole and the marina were magnificent,we didn't go to pool much but went to the one which had the bar at it and it was really nice only a few mins walk and had comfortable loungers and it wasn't too busy.overall the apartment was really nice and good value for money i would definitely stay again.

Leo 461 Pebble Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Leo 461. It is a very comfortable little apartment with balconies front and back so you can sit in the sun or the shade. The front balcony looks out towards the marina and over a par 3 on the golf course and we enjoyed watching the golfers. They missed a lot of putts! We also enjoyed having BBC TV after being limited to BBC World the week before.It is a very nice complex and the swimming pool was lovely. Very large and well maintained.
We walked out to the marina past all the yachts most days and sat with a cup of coffee looking out to sea. We did not try a trip on the submarine but it looked fun for those who are not claustrophobic! Agents were really helpful over any of our enquiries. Would highly recommend this apartment as excellent value for a week for a couple, especially if you enjoy golf.
