A real shame of Hostal
A real disappointment, the towels they put on us were stained, there were no plastic cups in the bathroom, the lighting in the room poor, we had to buy the toilet paper, the Service very lousy, the bathroom very small that barely fits a person.
They didn't come to fix the room, we felt conned.
We'll never go again.

1 hour to find where to pick up the room keys
We arrived at the hostel at check in time, the door was locked, we phoned the number on the door but no answer, there was a bar code with directions over where to pick up the key, unfortunately google maps sent us all over thd place, it took nearly an hour to find where we pick up the keys, nothing on the building to confirm it was Faro homes? Eventually got to our room, nice, basicand clean but
very noisey, you could even hear what was being said in next room, I would not book here again, as from the beginning trying to find the keys, I wanted to go home but would have missed the last bus from malaga at this time

Abandoned
We went one weekend and the power went out during the afternoon and all night, 40 degrees temperature in the middle of August, even though we called, they did nothing, they left us with no answer or solutions. We felt abandoned 600km from our homes. Nothing cozy. We will not return or recommend it

Disappointing
It puts Hosta Costabella ** superior on a large flag.
Inn is supposed to be a small hotel.There is no person at reception, only a sign on the door with an address.With bags and sweltering heat you have to go check in at 4 pm to an office that is quite far away. The room was clean, and with new furniture.The shower dispenser that puts Gel-Shampoo, empty. There was only a small window facing the street.But in exaggerated humidity there was no way to dry the bath towels or the beach.We asked but there was only one rooftop for the cleaners to use.
We will never return. I think they want to do what is fashionable "tourist apartments". But first they must condition and improve the stay.

Attention skipped. No light. Unpresentable
Horrible experience, they are unpresentable scoundrels, really a nightmare.
To start Check in only from 4pm to 7pm. But that wasn't our biggest problem.
We went from Madrid to spend the weekend Friday to Sunday 9 relatives, including 2 disabled and 2 minors.
The real nightmare began when we climbed the beach, around 9.45pm, ready to shower and arrange to go out to dinner, and suddenly, the lights of the whole building were turned off for an hour and a half, 10 minutes were turned on, another hour and a half were turned off, came back, for another 10 minutes, and after this, went again to no longer return all night, goodbye to be able to use the elevator (for the relatives who needed it), goodbye to be able to charge the mobiles, goodbye to shower, goodbye to be fixed because nothing is seen, and of course, goodbye to the air conditioning, August 2, 2024, at 38 degrees temperature.
In some rooms, (where my disabled sister-in-law was staying, for example) there were steps and in our bathroom there are also two and at different heights.
The emergency lights in the rooms weren't working.
The paintings of lights that are in the hallway of the entrance of the hostel, were open, at the mercy of anyone who wanted to touch there, unacceptable, exposing our security.
When we called, for several times, the emergency phone that was provided when we picked up the keys, no one answered there at any time, all the time an answering machine jumped.
I find it inadmissible that they have an entire building without light and people in this condition, on vacation, in August, and that they do not respond to emergency calls. This is an omission of help.
Many of the tenants in the other rooms also called and there was no way to get back to them.
We called several tenants to the police, the police tried to contact those responsible for the hostel, they also did not answer them.
I find it absolute scoundrels and thieves, advertising an emergency phone and not responding. Good thing it wasn't an accident or something much more serious because they didn't listen to us either.
I don't think it's a professional service to get paid.
We also called booking, as it was the intermediary through which we made the reservation, and I honestly thought that in booking they would be more professional, but it turns out that they were not either, since after an endless conversation explaining the situation at approximately 1.30am, and trying to get me some solution to the problem,
We found a person who was just getting out of the way and saying it's practically our problem, they didn't involve anything, they didn't give us any solution or alternative... they sent an email to the owners and now. Zero involvement by booking, an issue that I will also take into account, of course, since I will not take anything else to rent through them.
Of course I will claim all this mishap and I will report you for not meeting even the minimum in terms of basic security.
They've wasted our time and money.
