We couldn't sleep

I stayed last 21 March 2026 in room 126 and the experience was simply regrettable. What was supposed to be a weekend of rest in Petrer turned into a sleepless night for nefarious management.
Worst part of the stay:
Non-existent security: The windows of our room and that of our friends did not close properly, which poses a risk of serious intrusion. The elevator, moreover, barely works.
Night chaos: At 1:30 a.m. we found a client in a state of extreme drunkenness lying in the hallway. The reception response was: "I can't handle her."
Unprofessionalism: To move this person, staff dragged a couch down the hallway at 2:30 AM, causing a deafening noise. Then, after being evacuated by an ambulance (leaving the floor with vomit left behind), the receptionist himself was left chatting and laughing in the hallway with someone else at 4:00 AM while I cleaned the vomit, forcing me out to ask for silence.
Data Protection: They scan the full ID (illegal practice according to the AEPD) and, totally irregularly, they wrote down my phone number when paying by card without giving any explanation.
At check-out they promised that management would contact me. I'm still waiting. They are not fulfilling their contract to offer a place to sleep and rest. Not recommended.

Muy mal

Muy poca formalidad fuimos a reservar para los invitados de nuestra boda, quedamos que nos pondriamos en contacto para saber cuantas habitaciones cerrar y cuando íbamos a cerrar nos dicen que no tienen habitaciónes disponibles, de vergüenza y nadie sabe nada

Lo barato sale caro

En la primera habitación asignada, el olor era tan fuerte a químico que no se podía ni respirar no abriendo las ventanas. Solicitamos un cambio de habitación, y la que nos dieron tenía una brecha en la pared por la que entraba el frío y ruido de la habitación, la tuvimos que tapar con una toalla. Además, el pomo de la puerta principal no encaja (muy poca seguridad), 3 de los 4 enchufes no funcionaban y las ventanas no aislaban del ruido de la calle. No repetiré.

Para volver cuando necesitemos estar por la zona

Hotel confortable, con un muy buen trato del personal, tanto Javier en la recepción, como las demás personas que nos atendieron en el desayuno nos atendieron muy bien. Nos dieron buenos consejos de donde poder cenar así como de algunas actividades que pudiéramos hacer. Habitaciones limpias, no muy grandes pero confortables.
