Everything can't be had

The hotel very well the food is not
I didn't like the food, very little to choose from and not very good.,
Exemplary staff care
But the food should be checked.

Spectacular all perfect

Everything perfect very clean and the treatment excellent, the very spacious room and the stunning views have a terrace overlooking the river, the temperature of the room very good not cold or warm we will return , the very friendly people give you a key to the front door to enter and exit when you like the elevator is very good

Charmless and staff unhelpful

Stayed with two friends for three nights. The site itself is ok. A little cramped but flat and easy to pitch up.
I arrived before my friends and after waiting for an hour and a half at 9.30pm I started to get concerned.
I asked the manager if I could borrow the office phone to see if they were near (they had the tent!!!) but he said no which I felt a bit mean!
The staff generally lack charm and it's not somewhere i'd stay again.
The toilets are often dirty but the rest of the site is clean.
Food in the cafe is poor....

Enjoying the stay!

We felt very welcomed visiting the hotel, arriving at late hours at night! The lady at the desk was very welcoming, nice and helpful also during all our stay :) The price was very good for the quality. We took breakfast,it wasn't that tasty, but we could ask anything additional any of us wanted, like special tea, coffee, cocoa etc.. There is a cosy space with sofas next to the entrance to the hotel. Hotel is next to a bigger street, with shops close and a lot of place to park with a car.

Una experiencia agridulce

Hemos pasado la noche de fin de año en Cangas de Onís, ya que nos cuadraba bien después de una ruta por la zona. El hotel es muy recomendable; nos atendieron de maravilla, las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias, con terracita al Sella en una de sus fachadas. La paz y tranquilidad están más que garantizadas, y lo necesitábamos encarecidamente en estas fechas, pues veníamos a desconectar.
Como aspecto negativo, y sin ser una crítica directa a la calidad del alojamiento, sino más bien a su gestión en la relación hotel-cliente, mencionar que ayer mismo recibimos un mensaje avisándonos de que el día 1 no tendríamos desayuno porque el establecimiento cerraba. De acuerdo, es legítimo, pero eso, a unos senderistas de fuera, que no teníamos comida ni garantías de encontrar nada abierto por la mañana temprano...En fin, un detalle feo.
