A Perfect Stay!
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel and I honestly couldn’t fault it. From the setting right by the beach to the excellent facilities and welcoming staff. Everyone was so helpful especially at Reception and in the Restaurant. The food was absolutely excellent with plenty of choice to satisfy every palette and there was a lovely relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel.
What really stood out was the staff who worked together like a real team and their supportiveness towards the guests. Nothing was too much trouble and this made such a difference to our holiday.
A particularly positive aspect of our stay was of how the management handled pool etiquette with a sensible policy of stating that sun-beds should not be left vacant for more than 35mins ensuring that they would remain fairly available for the rest of the day. It is wonderful that a hotellistens to the feedback of their guests. I plan to return again ! next year and would highly recommend it

Really nice
Visited here between 25/8/26-1/9/26 with family . We booked two rooms which were situated on first floor. On arrival at about 0930 the rooms were already ready even though check in was at 1400 so thanks for that , really helpful . Both rooms were great and our particular room overlooked the pool and sea. It wasn’t too noisy as the entertainment finishes at 2300 hrs . We booked half board , breakfast and dinner and all were buffets. The food was quite good and for breakfast drinks are included , the waiting staff were helpful and friendly . The pool area is good but the usual rush to the sunbeds occur at 0830 with the usual people having to put their towels down which is frustrating if you want to lay in . The location is perfect being literally on the beach and the beach does rent out sunbeds with covers for 25 euros for two for the entire day . There is also a beach bar and I have to say the location is great . Cambrils is a short walk away where there are loads of bars and restaurants and I prefer it to salou as it’s quieter and seems nicer, the walk along the sea front is really nice in that direction but not so nice towards sslou where there are tons of sellers along the seafront selling the usual tat. The hotel seems to cater for a lot of Spanish people and I didn’t see any loutish drunken behaviour. Drinks are reasonable too in respect of cost . There is a small
Gym and spa which is sufficient and the dining areas is quite large. Having visited many hotels all over the world I would say this one is up there with some of the those I’ve visited . I really liked the place and would visit again. The only gripe and it is a small one was, we were surprised to be asked to pay a city tax which isn’t too expensive but still a surprise. You can rent out beach towels for 10 euros each and get the money back when handing the towels in . Worth a visit and thanks for a great stay ..

Excellent food, decent pool, good rooms, well air-conditioned hangout area, sea was not crystal clear with some algae
I'm my reviews I like to get straight to the point, the food was the standout, the meat/fish was usually cooked to perfection, with high turnover rates of the buffet dishes, always chefs making things fresh behind the counter, the rabo de toro was something my entire spanish family raved about, along with the lobster/fish soup. They didn't put out a paella in the week we were there, there was good quality ice cream, the cakes are nothing special as usual t. The breakfast menu was decent, they had about 3 types of croissant, sausages, boiled eggs fried eggs, lots of different types of milks and donuts, lots of fresh fruit, churros. Another standout was the proximity to the beach, it is a 30 sec- minute walk from the hotel to the beach. As for the beach itself, the sand is clean, however the water wasnt crystal clear, you couldnt see your feet beneath you that much, and there was a fair bit of floating seaweed, less as you went out more, it's not just smooth sand, it does have a few metres of rocky/pebbly as you're entering the sea. I went mid August so not sure if this is an all year round thing, another minor annoyance is that the pool despite being well sized with a shallow and deep end, it is located under a pine tree, which meant that most of the time there were a few pine needles scattered on the pool surface, only some people would find this an issue. The rooms are clean, good air con, shower can sometimes be a bit hot cold hot cold like in a lot of hotels, but not really much of an issue. I didn't see one mosquito in the whole week, and I am someone who gets bitten first in the group. When I went there were a lot of Germans/french/Spanish but not many English. There is a small gym, a small hot tub/sauna big enough for 2-3 ppl. There is an air hockey table and a pool table, but they are not in an air conditioned room unfortunately. The seating area is really good, spacious really good aircon. The prices of the drinks are quite high ranging from 3 pounds for a sangria (good deal) to 8-9 pounds a cocktail. The burger and chips were 10 pounds, fries alone 4 pounds. I would recommend this hotel is you didn't mind the sea not being crystal clear with a bit of seaweed floating, the food must be excellent, and you don't mind there not being many english people, along with wanting a close proximity to the beach.

Regarding the children’s play area, the air conditioning should have been switched on. If this was not the case during your stay, simply mentioning it at reception would have allowed us to turn it on straight away.
We also believe there may have been some seaweed on the beach due to the bad weather. However, we are not aware of any rocks either in the sand or at the water’s edge.

Nice junior suite
Shower drain smelled! Every time you used it. I did report this. But didn't do anything.
Busy pool area
Spa area bit tatty water leaking out ceiling hot tub had sand in buttons a bit dodgy.
Excellent food good choices at breakfast and dinner.
Bus stop outside plus supermarket over the road.

Beautiful hotel with amazing food and service!
The location, food, service, rooms, it was all perfect. The only negative is the noise of the air conditioner in the room. Highly recommend.
