Relaxing and comfortable. Very welcoming.
Fabulous hotel. Comfortable bedrooms although very much needed a shelf in the shower for our own products. Beds super comfy and decent balcony to enjoy sitting out on. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Lots of effort is put into customer satisfaction. Quieter location yet 10 minutes walking, takes you to Old town, bars and restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Poniente beach. Writing this, sat on the balcony and feeling chilled. Thank you Mercure, would highly recommend

Perfect hotel
Very good hotel. Breakfast is very extensive and constantly replenished, staff is helpful and very friendly.
Sufficient sunbeds with parasols and a large garden with sunbeds too.
Dogs are welcome here with a single bark at most.
They are building an underground car park right near the street, you can hear it, but it hasn't bothered us.
Walk to the balcony 20 min.
Not many Dutch people speak English and Spanish

We zijn erg blij te horen dat u zo'n prettig verblijf bij ons heeft gehad en dat u zoveel aspecten van het hotel heeft gewaardeerd. Het is bijzonder fijn om te weten dat u genoten heeft van ons uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van ons team en de ontspannen sfeer in onze tuinen en bij het zwembad.
We zijn ook blij dat onze huisdiervriendelijke aanpak een positieve bijdrage heeft geleverd aan uw ervaring. We streven ernaar dat zowel onze gasten als hun viervoetige metgezellen zich welkom en comfortabel voelen tijdens hun verblijf.
Ook willen we u bedanken voor uw begrip met betrekking tot de bouwwerkzaamheden in de buurt. Aangezien deze werkzaamheden buiten het hotel plaatsvinden en buiten onze invloedssfeer liggen, stellen we uw geduld en begrip zeer op prijs.

Little oasis in Benidorm
Lovely hotel with large, calm gardens which is fabulous in busy Benidorm. Loads of comfy sunbeds. Good pool bar with nice snack menu and lovely drinks! Great rooms, very comfy. Odd bathroom layout with loo in tiny room. We had facials and massages, good prices and excellent service. Friendly service at the bar. Great stay, highly recommended

An Absolute Paradise – The Perfect Holiday Base!
Mercure Benidorm delivered everything I could have wanted for a perfect getaway. The entire property is beautifully managed with the guest experience at its heart.The Atmosphere & Amenities: The pool and surrounding gardens feel like relaxing in absolute paradise. It is a peaceful, tranquil retreat with soft music playing in the background, complemented by a fantastic bar serving ice-cold drinks and phenomenal food (the pizza and sandwiches were unreal!).The Location: It offers the best of both worlds. It serves as a quiet, relaxing oasis, yet it is perfectly situated close to the beach and both the old and new towns. The vibrant new town nightlife is just a scenic 30-minute walk away.The Staff: While it is hard to single out individuals because the entire team was so fantastic, every single staff member went above and beyond. Their genuine warmth, attentiveness, and exceptional service truly made the holiday unforgettable.

Gorgeous hotel and friendly atmosphere!
Lovely location, just a 10 minute walk into old town, 30 mins to the strip but lots of restaurants and bars on route. The staff were super friendly & accommodating. The hotel was gorgeous & clean. The breakfast had so many different options I would definitely recommend getting breakfast included. The rooms were gorgeous & clean with everything you need including hair dryer, dressing gowns. I just loved it here! All the staff so happy and friendly! Thank you so much!
