Best Maitre D Jordi!!!
The room we had was 414, we had a very small balcony with a nice view. Rooms need updating but I believe the hotel is undergoing renovations soon.
We stayed half board, breakfast was adequate, possible could be a little better but the evening meal was delicious..not buffet style, ordered from a menu with a choice of some tapas also.
We had the pool area to ourselves on most occasions.
The highlight for us was the staff, in particular George (Jordi) who was so friendly and courteous. He found out our names and couldn’t have been better at service, hospitality and friendliness . What a fantastic maitre d. He was very informative about the area and couldn’t do enough to make our stay pleasant. Thanks to Jordi!!

We booked a triple room and the accommodation exceeded our expectations: it was effectively two separate rooms sharing a bathroom, very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is excellent and breakfast offers good choices, with quality above average.
On the service side, one of the receptionists was outstanding — polite, helpful, and quick to sort things out with genuine goodwill. Unfortunately I didn't note down her name.
Areas for improvement:
Understaffed. Everyone seemed to be rushing all the time. It isn't a lack of effort from the team, but a lack of enough people for the size of the hotel.
Pool bar. The man in charge was rude to us on more than one occasion. It stands completely apart from the rest of the staff and was the only genuinely negative part of our stay.
Snacks by the pool. The pool area is good enough to justify a food service. We missed having one.
Tight car park. Manoeuvring is difficult with a large car or if you aren't a confident driver.
Overall, a great hotel. We'd come back.

It is a very pleasant stay and all the staff make it very familiar
The breakfast buffet and the restaurant food were of very good quality and very complete. The beds were very comfortable
The pool was very good and you enjoy a lot of tranquility

Excellent quality in food and execution and very professional treatment by all the staff.
The restaurant offered us the most excellent half board we have ever tried. Its breakfasts and dinners pleasantly exceeded our expectations served on its terrace under some spectacular mulberry trees.
Its manager Judith and her team made our stay the vacation we needed.
We will return!!
