Udalla Park is located 5 minutes' walk from Playa de las Vistas Beach in Tenerife's Playa de las Americas resort. It offers an outdoor pool with sun loungers. Wi-Fi is also available. The modern split-level studios have a living room with a sofa bed and private furnished balcony. A safe and flat-screen TV can be rented. There is a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge. Some units feature sea view. Guests can relax with a drink on the terrace of the poolside bar. There are many shops and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from the bus station, where you can take busses to Teide, El Medano Beach and other parts of the island. Alternatively, you can hire a car from the tour desk.

Very good position

Bars and restaurants exiting the central hotel park's door.
Scooter and moped rental next to the hotel park.
Spa & Welness so close that I enjoyed.
Mercadona in a minute walking and Hyper Dino in five minutes.
Some other minutes walking and you are in La Playa Del Camison which is my fav ❤️

Just please do not close the bar at the swimming pool in the weekend and please serve the breakfast

Terrible customer service very poor housekeeping

Rooms are ok had to move rooms due to boiler pouring out water no apologies give just you have to move rooms. No housekeeping for at least 5 day so no clean towels bedding or toilet paper asked twice for at least greasy towels with no joy and a rude man on reception. Asked for late check out told to go back the day we were due to check out and were told no late check out which is baffling because the apartments were no where near full with only one room occupied on our floor. The pool bar was ok when open but had no water to buy one day so had to go source my own. Apart from the lovely view from our room I would have given this 0 stars. Would definitely not recommend. The lady who attended the pool bar on our first week was lovely as was the new start on the reception

Please don’t waste your money

Please don’t waste your money. So many better places to stay for the same price.
Room itself was ok, basic but it was ok. When we arrived the fridge smelled like rotten meat but we purchased cleaning products and scrubbed it ourselves.
4 days into our 10 day stay the boiler in the room started leaking water, when I say leaking it was pouring out the bottom. We were just told pack up your stuff and we will move you rooms as we have no engineer, no apology. Very inconvenient as we were just getting ready to go for a prebooked dinner which we missed. After we moved rooms we didn’t see a maid for the rest of our stay, so that was 5 days with no clean towels, fresh bedding or bins emptied. We reported this to reception twice and still no-one came. Other than one lady the staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude. As we had a late flight we requested a late check out which was denied despite 75% of the floor we were on being unoccupied. Pool bar closed on Sundays and half the time they had no bottles of water and they also don’t serve any food. I also found the shower to be very unsafe, the shower is over a bath with no slip mat and nothing to hold onto, having had ankle surgery it was an effort to get in and out without slipping.
Glad to be home and will never be back.

Would rate it 1/10

Stay away .no bar bath towels small and holes in them . Bath so slippy no grab bar in shower. Bar at pool don't open Sunday. You have to go next door for breakfast and very little choices. I wouldn't go back.

Hotel dated, stay away

We have come here at least 5 times (still here now) always been great but this time has put us off from coming here anymore. Don't like leaving negative comments but felt I had to on this occasion.
Asked could we change our room as it was so dark and electric kept tripping, was told by reception that we are in a superior room and that we would be moved to a lesser room but would be charged an extra 20 euro a night extra! How do you work that out?? Our room has been cleaned once in a week and the bedding has not been changed at all, sadly will not be coming here anymore.
