Hyvä valinta
Halusimme yhden yön hotellimajoituksen, koska olimme matkustaneet Furengirolasta katsomaan Cadizia ja Jereziä. Emme odottaneet paljon, mutta olimme iloisesti yllättyneitä. Hotelli oli erinomainen arvo ja mannermainen aamiainen oli juuri meille.
Huone oli kooltaan hyvä, puhdas ja suihkugeeliä jne. Annettiin. Hotelli on valmistettu tyypillisessä andalusialaisessa tyylissä pihan ympärillä. Huoneestamme oli näkymä pihalle, emmekä tienneet liikennemelusta.
Se sijaitsee lähellä kaupallista aluetta, kuten on tavallisesti mannermaisten hotellien kanssa, joten se on lähellä ruokailupaikkoja.
Henkilökunta oli miellyttävää ja avulias.
Olimme todella iloisia siitä, että valitsimme tämän hotellin ja suosittelemme sitä.

Cleanliness, far away from anywhere, although this point I already knew, noises, old and poorly maintained facilities. Bathroom doors that have no latch and open... insufficient, old, broken bedding. A hole in the door covered with a wipe, dirty mold water underneath, dirty old chairs, anyway... all for 505€ two rooms two nights. 5 pax= 50€ head/night without breakfast. not complaining about the price, but what they offer for what is paid is bad.

Meets expectations
It's not bad for you to do the racket. Positive: Comfortable bed and good cleaning.
Negative: There were mosquitoes and some bugs (I guess because the window was open), but no cockroaches and such troubling things.

VERY BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Stay in Hotel from 31/10 /2025 to 2/11/2025 An arranged group of 20 people and 15 rooms.After visiting on site in the .Served by Maria and touring the facilities to leave agreed everything we contract and all the services included in the agreement.
But ....the one of the arrival Friday afternoon,already began the problems with the staff of Reception since at 17:00hs no one was present to make the check-in and the online application gave error of its editor.
After calling and waiting 20 minutes we were able to make the entrance of part of the Group,, at the same time the same problem arrives people to complete the group and the staff of Reception is not found.
This was followed by the "Mercedes" Dining Office who wanted to force us to take the cars out of the car park by disavowing her partner "Maria" who closed the On-Site agreement with us that assigned us that particular area to park our cars.
Breakfast is one is a hoax, they published it as a free buffet and it is not free they give you the juice , the two slices of cold meat and you can not order one more slice that is denied by the manager "Mercedes" of shame. They only put 4 mini cupcakes of the super...2 yogurts and bread cateto .ROOM 305 does not work the TV.

Disappointed
There is no one at the reception desk and they don’t warn you anywhere except on a sign that is in English only, so you get in with codes that are difficult to understand and without any help. Finding the room is very complicated too and when we arrived at 14:15 they were cleaning it. The bed mattress horrible and the room in basement with a very unpleasant smell of darros and noisy. Very negative experience the truth
