Friendly staff and quiet location

Friendly and helpful staff, close to life shops for food. Good kitchen facilities.
Wi-Fi was very fast and the shower was good pressure and temperature. Room was large and TV worked. Bed was comfortable

Disappointing

Neglected place, dirty bedspreads, no coat racks or anything to hang coats on, no towels and leaks in the showerdoor system.
I highlight the kindness and disposition of the receptionist, Mrs. Marta.

Comfortable room, well equipped kitchen

Stayed for one night to be close to Temuco airport. Easy 20minute drive to airport. Private parking at the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and good size, bathroom clean, good shower, toiletries provided. Shared kitchen well equipped and a nice shared dining area.

Terrible experience..

It is a really bad experience that we had in this hostal in Temuco. Small, claustrophobic rooms, bad smelling kitchen which is close to the room and the drunk guests wandering around in the night. Nobody at the reception almost all the time, and the dogs barking under the windows. A nightmare, really. Such a shame to keep the place in this way...

Sin verguenza

Cobraa más que ofrecido en Internet. Después de pagar lo pedido no cumplió con pasar el alojamiento. Teníamos que buscar otro lugar y mobilasion para poder alogar en otro lugar. Nos ruino el fin de que fuimos a celebrar una boda
