Hotel is nice, kitchen has minimal equipment but we were able to cook dinner. Breakfast & staff were great. The town itself is very busy and noisy though. So, at night, you could hear the noises outside. Luckily there was free parking in the back.

The room furnishings were old. The hotel is a bit run down. It just wasn’t worth the price paid.

The service was unbelievable great!! awesome service, highly recommend it… i’ve got room for four people very spacious Super clean and the view to the entire city is breathtaking..

Hotel ótimo. Very loud music from the bar next door is a disgrace.

The hotel is good, delivering exactly what is disclosed. The rooms are tight, beautiful decoration, white linen and comfortable towels. Parking is tight and limited. Simple and tasty breakfast, especially the eggs that were tasty. Very friendly and attentive attendants.
The most complicated part was the Bar/Restaurant next to the hotel, with that box of loud music and hellish sound until very late, at least midnight. Who needs to rest, or does not tolerate loud sound as we were EXTREMELY STRESSING is unpleasant, even the attendant confirmed that the volume of sound was very high in our apartment.; we stayed node to apartment 205. The hotel attendant was very attentive informed that it was quite quiet, but only beem late at night. For those who need quiet I do not recommend. The great location, you can walk to restaurants, bars, and all the necessary infrastructure of the centre of Pucón, including the beaches.

Small... but well located!

Hotel well located, being possible to visit on foot the main places of the city!
But there is no accessibility...
Small room (very), barely fit the bags (double)... and a lot of stairs!
But it was clean and it had air conditioning...
And I was welcomed... kind receptionist and always attentive (one person only in the nursery - but 24hs)... the proposal of the hotel (I thought) is to serve singles and young people!
