Good experience. Nice stay.
Very friendly staff and attentive to troubleshooting. Very convenient location, close to everything. Order and cleanliness, nice breakfast. Very grateful.

We stayed last weekend with my partner and it was an experience worth congratulating and sharing, the hotel is spectacular, totally central and with spectacular views of the volcano, the impeccable rooms with everything you need, and if we needed anything the staff super willing to help, reception and all super, highly recommended

Refreshing experience!
We arrived before check-in time and were allowed to settle. The city was calm because it's not season. When we checked out, as it was very early, they prepared a breakfast to take with us and we found it caring. The room was very clean, the bed and bath comfortable. The bed was large and the bedding was satisfying. All jewel! The location is perfect! You can do everything on foot. The breakfast was simple but was enough, the facilities are well decorated and charming for a couple. The same owner is the owner of the Hotel Gerónimo, which is next door, and for an unexpected, we had coffee in Gerónimo, which has shared entrance, all right, that is no problem! The area of Geronimo's coffee is very beautiful and hot, Elisabeth was very attentive too. There is an elevator and no need to climb stairs with luggage. For the size of Pucón, I think this is one of the best local hotels for a couple who just want a cozy place to rest and rebuild the energies. I recommend and would return to Martina de Goñi if you return to Pucón.

The Customer Service was amazing!!!!
Never have I had such exceptional customer service in a hotel. Cristina was amazing and helped us with restaurant and spa recommendations, she arranged difficult transfers for us with exceptionally kind drivers whom all spoke perfect english. She really set the 'high-bar' for excellence customer service in every way. Cristina made our trip to Pucon every better!!

Great location
We started our stay out poorly. Our travel agent had booked us a "standard" room, but it didn't have AC, and the window opened on to a main street. Not acceptable. Luckily, we were able to upgrade to a "superior" room (for $45 USD additional!) that was larger, had AC, and a beautiful view of the volcano.
The whole property had the feel of faded glory. Breakfast was decent, with eggs cooked to order. Everything was very clean, and the small refrigerator in the room was very welcome. The AC worked great to keep us cool, especially at night. The rooftop patio had fabulous views of the city and volcano, especially at night. WiFi was fast everywhere. Location was just 2 blocks off the main street for restaurants, shops and bars.
