Budget accommodation in a spa city

Nice property organized as apart hotel type of accommodation.Very helpful staff at reception desk, even with more serious issues like organizing of electrician to repair issues in the apartment in a period of less than one hour. Location is on the frontier of the well known city park as a part of larger spa system.
On a really near by locations you can obtain food for daily needs both prepared as well as in raw form for internal cooking within the apartment.

Surprisingly good

We were quite surprised with this hotel. It was more like renting an apartment. We got a big room with kitchen and bathroom. Everything was quite new, modern and very clean. Bathroom was also big and clean, they only need to put barricades for the shower. tv was big enough with all kind of channels. The facility has enough parking space underneath the building.Location is also great, right next to the center of the town. Also, wifi was super fast.
It is great value for money.

Escellent

Sandanski is a beautiful place to visit any time of year. From historic roman structures to the striking snow capped mountains and forests surrounding the town. The air is clear and fresh even in summer when the bubbling river carries down a natural “air conditioning “. Hotel Elit is centrally located and the staff and management honest and trustworthy. You will really never go far wrong with staying here. Excellent and will return.

Excellent location at the park alley and well known by families with kids

quite new hotel with clean rooms and bath. However, the furniture in the studio, we have, is minimalistic - sometimes you lack a chair for example (only two small stools). Still the studio has kitchen facilities, incl. refrigerator, which is quite comfortable when you have kids with you. The other "missing" thing is the terrace - 1,5 m2 only. To be honest, the kingsize bed and the very large sofa are really comfortable. The location is great - at the beginning of the 5 km-long city park and the entrance of the hotel is literary at the park alley (no cars and kids could go even alone outside). The "free parking" has only 6-7 places but there is also an underground parking, which costs 5 BGN (EUR 2,5) per night. The WiFi is for free but very low speed.
