Wonderful experience!
I got a promotion and stayed in a room with a private pool, which is simply perfect! We enjoy the heated pool late every day. My daughter loved the interaction with the animals and the caretakers at the ecopark were very nice. Since we would be late, employee Kennedy sent us the menu and left our dinner waiting in the room. A wonderful kindness! As for the other employees, in general, they could be more attentive, but they didn't harm the experience!

There is no administration or management.
If you want to rest during your vacation, do not stay at Vila Sol e Mar.
The noise is constant, from 9 am to 10 pm, and the acoustics are terrible. I stayed in rooms 1 and 2 and, despite asking several times to change rooms, I was not attended to.
In room 2, there is a wall full of air conditioning units that make an unbearable noise. In room 1, the problem is the loud noise all day. You arrive tired from the beach, wanting to take a nap or just rest, but you can't.
I also asked several times to lower the music volume, but nothing was done. It was the worst experience I've ever had in an inn. A place where it's impossible to relax, with horrible acoustics and little attention to guest complaints... With rain, there's nothing to do.. Want to sleep and can't stop the noise in your head... Disappointment. They said there was no room available in the back... and I saw that they changed the guests 3 times at my accommodation. A lot of disrespect to guests.

I would like to express my satisfaction with this wonderful place guesthouse with very polite staff pool wonderful beach bar and a paradise with this bird and the eco park making a show set thanks guesthouse sea and sun for everything. God bless this fantastic place more and more ☺️

Good stay!!!
The guest house is very well located..a few meters from the beach of a big bar, has also annexed the ecopark that my son loved...spectacular morning coffee...cleanness and excellent staff..but we had a serious problem with the shower...in the first night there was no water...in the second pingava boiling water and so was also the third night...every day we went to request the repair at the hotel reception but unsuccessfully...besides the bathroom of Cuba cluttered and the Wifi did not work...by which I understood the problem of the shower happened in several rooms..so eh interesting to make an urgent improvement..because these 4 days we did not get a decent bath

An unforgettable experience for those who love nature and animals
I stayed at Pousada Sol e Mar, in Maragogi, on a trip with my mother, after having already met EcoPark a few years before and decided to return precisely for the wonderful experience with the animals. We chose to stay in the hostel to have unlimited access to the EcoPark, and honestly it was one of the best decisions of the trip. We stayed in the Premium Double Suite, the best room offered by the guesthouse, and the experience was fantastic. The room is extremely comfortable, elegant and cozy. The private pool really makes a difference in the experience of the lodging and brought a delicious feeling of exclusivity and rest. The suite also has a bath, although we end up not using. The breakfast is very good and quite varied. The only small reservation regarding food was the meals for lunch and dinner, where we felt a lack of more vegetarian options, which was my mother’s case. The staff were extremely caring throughout the stay, and the care of the animals at Eco Park is something that really makes a difference. I spent a lot of time there and it was very beautiful to notice the affection and attention devoted to animals. The guesthouse is a little further away from the center of Maragogi, so I think it's important to keep this clear for those who want to go out a lot at night. On one occasion we had some difficulty getting Uber around dinner. On the other hand, it is very close to the Way of Moses, which is also an advantage. If I could make just two small suggestions, it would be thinking of some way to slightly reduce the sound coming from the games room near the suite and include a whole-body mirror in the room. It was an extremely special and welcoming experience. Honestly, I've been thinking about coming back from so much that I liked the place.
